Customer Service/Care
I purchased the shampoo believing this shampoo would care for my sheepskin when
I wanted to wash. There were NO washing instructions on the shampoo bottle only spot cleaning and having subsequently spoken to Baa Baby I wasn’t guaranteed any way to wash the sheepskins and was only offered a refund if I sent the shampoo back at my own expense, I feel I was mis sold this product and think the customer service is bad.
I would therefore not recommend this company.

My further response to Baa Baby, Trustpilot have allowed my review to be activated after investigating and I can assure you that there are no washing instructions on my shampoo bottle. Hopefully this will be rectified for other customers in the future.

Goods arrived as described and in perfect order. Communications with baa baby were easy and clear.

Sold for babies, but purchased for mother with recent knee replacement as long New Zealand sheepskin offers unparalleled gentle support and temperature control.
As a Kiwi, I have to baulk at the price so only 4 stars, but the quality is unsurpassed.

This is just the most wonderful small business. They were super helpful answering any questions that I had, delivery was fast and the product quality is out of this world. We use our sheep skin liner all year round. Not only does it help thermoregulate no matter the temperature, provide lumbar support and is 100% natural but it also looks so damn boujee!

Could recommend this product and the business behind it any more highly… a true must have!

Lovely product, SO soft!! I was hesitant to order one as I’m not sure I really needed it but I’m so glad I did because it’s great and so snuggly.

Received a sheepskin liner as a gift at Christmas and so much better quality than another brand I was gifted at my baby shower - luxurious, sumptuous and my baby sleeps like an angel in the pram now

The customer service is shocking. I contacted Baa Baby following washing the Bowron Babycare | Shorn Lambskin for the first time. The care instructions stated it could be washed upto 38degrees with a mild detergent. I washed it on a 30degree wash, 400 spin with non biological washing powder. I contacted to explain what had happened and that I wasnt happy and all the responses iv had is we wouldnt advise washing the products that way and its not their fault it shrunk. Which is no help when the manufacturer provides washing instructions and these were followed so I dont feel I should be out of pocket with a product thats shrunk and doesnt fit the cot

Honestly I was genuinely shocked to see the parcel waiting for me the day after I ordered the navy Footmuff. The quality is second to none and my little one was so cosy today. If I could award more stars I would. An investment piece and if you are on the fence about whether or not to purchase…purchase!

Looking forward to receiving a quality product after my disappointing customer services experience. I ordered a pram liner at 6pm on Sunday evening. After subscribing to the mailing list when placing my order, at 6am on Monday morning I received a code to give me £10 off the product I had just ordered if purchased before midnight that day!! I immediately emailed the company at 9am before my order had been processed/dispatched and asked if the deal could be honoured. My request was refused, I appreciate there will always be a cut off but do feel very hard done by in the circumstances. Hoping I don’t need to return the item as things don’t bode well in the customer service department.

Further to the response below - I work in a customer service environment where there is always flexibility, unlike here. I appreciate there must be a cut off, as I said, and I don’t think allowing me the discount would be seen as as ‘unfair’ due to the extremely short timescale overnight and the fact you hadn’t even dealt with my order. Regarding the free keepsake box - I think it is rather disingenuous to imply I was to benefit from a different offer. The offer did not come up when I placed my order and was not received with the product - no doubt the ‘stock didn’t last’. I did send an email to enquire about it but 7 days later no response. Like I said at the start disappointing customer service.

We purchased a Baa Baby Fleece for our newly born grand daughter. It arrived promptly and it was so beautiful and soft. It far exceeded all our expectations. Following this, we stayed in touch for additional advice and support from Baa Baby. We dealt with Helen, and she was amazingly helpful throughout. Going 'the extra mile' would be a gross understatement. She couldn't do enough to help, and nothing was too much effort for her. This is a company that has amazingly beautiful products, and really does care about it's customers. We know where we will be going for our next baby sheepskin products. Thank you Helen, and Baa Baby!!

Beautiful sheepskin seat cover for our yo-yo zen pram. So soft. It looks luxurious. Little fat baby legs are cushioned and comfy. Speedy delivery, lovely quality. Thank you 🙏

The website was very user friendly and the parcel arrived in good time. The sheepskin is gorgeous and my baby boy loves it. Would highly recommend :-)
