Scammed! I paid 790€ to their bank account. I checked the company on invoice and it’s legitimate company for selling bicycles. After confirmation of payment, they were not responding. I called the actual company from the invoice and they told me I was scammed. Now I launched investigation at my bank, at the bank where the fake account is, and with police. And, no, I don’t want Trustpilot to notify them, because they may withdraw the funds from the account and close it.

Scammed, Like the story above. Professional, pretty straight forward site. But then nothing. I saw a few odd signs but they got me in the end. Do not do business with this site

They wanted me to pay via WISE, but it looked suspicious so I canceled my order. But they sold out my phone number and email address and spammers and they keep harassing me!

I wanted to order a Vitus Sentier 27 VR bike from this site. After sending the invoice, I transferred EUR 990 via wise (EUR 895 + 95 shipping costs). I experienced signs of time delay during correspondence. After taking a closer look at the webshop, I realized that it is a scam. That's why I tried to request a refund of the amount, to which I also received a promise. However, after the deadline, the communication stopped. Of course I filed a police report. Avoid it!!!

This is a fraudulent site.

Their website looks very professional but don’t be fooled. Once you choose your bike, and make the order, they will email you an invoice requesting payment by bank transfer not card (so no chargeback). Once you make the transfer you will never hear from them again. I reported them to the National Fraud And Cyber Crime Centre. They will give you their company number and address but no telephone number.

Do not make the mistake I did and send them €1950 for a Trek Domane and then never hear from them again. Total criminals. I could nt find any reviews about them before I lost my money. Hoping this helps some others and stops their criminal harm spreading further.
