TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Their customer service is the worst. Emailed them several times for help and even FB messaged their CEO and still nothing. I will NEVER buy from them again and will tell everyone I can not to buy from them!!!!

All the reviews are true, they are fraud!

All the reviews are true. They sell as 3rd part sellers on different marketplaces and make price errors on purpose. They list a $1000 computer for half price. Then you buy it and they ship a 1lb small package to a different address and name. You have to jump through hoops to claw your money back. Took a shot due to such a low price, huge mistake!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Aztec cancelled order b/c they underpriced the item.

Aztec listed a product on walmart.com at a price about half of retail. I ordered it, but Aztec cancelled the order, saying it was "out of stock" and not obtainable (even though it was widely available everywhere). As I expected, the item then REappeared a few days later on same walmart product page, available from Aztec Computers (for twice the retail price).

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT

I brought a printer in for repair. It was simple enough -- replace the hinge, and I even supplied the part since they "couldn't find it." A few days later, the owner claimed it was fixed but when I got home, the printer didn't have any power. I took it back and after two weeks of being yanked around and lied to, the owner said he couldn't fix it. Doesn't give much confidence to a repair shop that can't fix what they broke. Do not trust them.

I ordered a Lian-Li P80 case from them.

I ordered a Lian-Li P80 case from them.

To say this was a mistake from start to finish may be an understatement. The ad for the case included a picture of the case. Since I already own one of these cases I was familiar with it.
Two weeks after I ordered it, the package arrived. Instead of a 48lb case that is 25"x9"x25" I received a small box 4"x6"x1." It was like ordering a real truck and getting a matchbox car.
Repeated attempts to receive a resolution failed. The last attempt they told me to pay for shipping it back to them and they would "consider" a refund.
This is the most unprofessional, "bait and switch," I've seen in almost fifty years working in the computer industry.

Horrible company and a big time scam

Horrible company and a big time scam. They took my money for airpods pro and never delivered, instead giving me a bogus tracking number. Beware this company at all costs. I had to file a complaint. Fortunately my credit card company was able to reverse the charges

AZTEK IS A SCAM

If you know computers you will see some real scams going on. I am on a job building a computer for someone and I was looking for an RX580 and Google was like 'Hey look at this, a RX580 for 50 bucks!' I thought it was used but no it said the condition was new. Then I looked up and it said "Msi Rx 580 8g V1 - Graphics Card - Radeon Rx 580 - 8 Gb Gddr5 - Pcie X16 - Hdmi, 3 X Displayport Msi Rx 580 8g" and the RX580 will NOT RUN 4k! These people are putting stories in heads of not so informed people.

Aztekcomputers is a Scammer Operation

I ordered a HD from Aztekcomputers through Newegg Business. Aztekcomputers showed the item as being in stock and ready to ship. After two weeks Newegg sent a notice that I had been charged for the item and they sent me a tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking number was fake, it was for something that had been delivered 9 days prior to an address 3,000 miles away. I contacted Newegg, who in turn contacted Aztekcomputers, but Aztekcomputers wouldn't respond. Over the course of the next 3 weeks Newegg tired several times to get a response from Aztekcomputers with no success. It took approximately 6 weeks for me to get my money back from Newegg.

As others have said, BEWARE of AZTEKCOMPUTERS, these guys are scammers! They'll take your money with no intention of delivering what you ordered.

Credit Card Skimming

They had graphics cards on sale, so I bought one thinking I was getting a good deal. In reality, they had no cards in stock, and were just saving my credit card information on their server with no intention of shipping me what I had ordered.

I had to call the sales department to talk to a Indian man that I could barely understand, who informed me that they had no such cards in stock, and canceled the order without giving me any other option. I went back to the site and my credit card was saved in the site. They basically skimmed my credit card information by offering a fake sale for an item they had no ability to obtain and ship.

Edit: The graphics cards are still listed as in stock on the website. Beware!

Fraudulous

Never went to their website, let alone buy anything from them, yet I was on their mailing list. I can only imagine how they got my email adress.

Now, do you want to support a company that engages in spam? go ahead, but the five stars revies in here are most likely (to not say obviously) fake.
