I ordered the garden house . Delivery time was much longer that they promised. 1 person came to build the garden house and refused to build closer to the fence how we asked. Unprofessionally made his work. AZALP did not help after I called them. They advised to invite more people and move the house ourselves! But its not possible! I would advise not to pay in advance to AZALP!

There was a part missing on the product I bought and they have arranged immediately the shipment. Very attentive

The wooden garden shed they sent was with fresh and wet wood (in stead of letting it dry for a few months which is normal practice for wood).
So after 2 months when the temparature started to change, the garden shed almost fell apart and they don’t want to accept their fault. I spent an extra 300 euro to fix but they don’t want to refund anything or acknowledge their mistaken as they claim that by fixing it, I did not follow the instructions (which is the world upsite down because by following the instructions the shed was showing wholes of 2 tot 3 cm and the door was not closing anymore)

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with this company for several weeks now, and unfortunately, I’ve had no results. Initially, their phone support was very promising—friendly and eager to help. However, the tone completely changed when I reached out via email. Instead of offering solutions, they became tough and unhelpful.

I only requested replacement parts for our blokhut, but they refused, claiming the factory didn’t want to send all the parts. This seems like an excuse rather than an effort to address the problem. Despite repeated attempts, they haven’t provided any meaningful assistance, leaving me stuck with an unresolved issue.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such delays and inconsistent communication. While their phone support gives a good impression, their email service and overall ability to resolve problems are deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I just bought a “tuinhuis” from this company. The quality of the product and after sales service are extremely bad. I never will back to this company in future. Before the purchase they showed me a sample of product in their show-room in Breda (panel of wall), but they sent me totally different quality. A huge number of components they sent to me were deformed and had a severe problem with installation. They do not check the quality of their product before shipment. In one word: totally unreliable company. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.

If I could give 0 stars I would give them because they're thieves, because of their lack of competence and the quality of their work, the lies they're provide. I don't recommend them at all! I paid a lot of money to build my terrace and the roof gutter is not good and also the way they build it, completely amateurs. Please find someone else that knows how to do it and don't waste your time and money with them! They came back two or three times for nothing, they were not able to fix anything on the water drain, it looks like this was the first time they're building this. After that they are keep lying me that they will come back to fix one day, keep asking for pictures after sending already couple of times, telling me they discussed it internally but they never show up and are just delaying it until the point they told me there's nothing they could do to solve it because for them it's normal to give it to you already broke. And when it's raining the water flows on pilaars instead of the gutter and my terrace, wall on everything and the pillars are all wet. Then the beams where not made accordingly to the plan in the middle as it should, I have pictures to prove all the problems I have, it's a pity I cannot upload them to see it with own eyes. I usually don't give reviews but those guys they totally pissed me off ... so unprofessional and liars and after taking a lot of money leaving you with the damage

The water flows even at the joints of the gutter, so through the middle of it where it should lead the water to the drain, as I showed in the pictures I sent to you couple of times. Is the gutter bought from you and installed by you, how can you say that it is normal for most of water to flow beside?? And no, it doesn't only happen when it rains hard as you say here, but it happens with absolutely any light rain, no matter how light or heavy it is, the water flows under the roof and instead of reaching the gutter as it would normally, the water it trickles under the roof and ends up flowing on the wood of the terrace and dripping right under the roof on my chair and tables on the terrace. These messages you send just to maintain the appearances ... you are hiding behind bad intentions and incompetence ... stop lying to people of good faith. I will go ahead with this to find my justice.

We ordered Schwandorf 5. Apparently, the roof of the terrace is made from compressed wood which is not suitable for the outside. If you have a leakage, the roof is damaged very easily. There was no indication on the website that the roof is going to be done from such materials. Our experience dealing with Azalp client service is good. They were responding to the email quickly.

Awful experience. Shipment was not delivered (PostNL issue it sounds like). Had to spend dozens of emails, hours on the phone on hold, to finally get it re-shipped. Then when it arrived, one of the items pieces was damaged... Back on the support roundabout, another month and many hours wasted trying to get the broken part re-shipped. Awful experience.

Their metal sheds are AWFUL. Holes don't align and their customer service is terrible. I don't recommend buying anything from Azalp ever...
They are not bothered to respond to my emails anymore.

We ordered our blokhut in February. A friendly and informative visit to the showroom in Breda were Imke gave us good advice on what to order. The kit arrived on the agreed date. It was a little late in day, but it was a stormy day so no worries. The quality was excellent, very well built and exact measurements. Only complaint was the extremely poor instructions. Luckily I have building experience, but if not it would have been a jigsaw puzzle. Overall, great quality, friendly staff and excellent price.

Good price, delivery was prompt and arrived in good condition.
