Been with them since May this year. With a contact for me and my daughter. My daughter's mobil Nr is not able to connect no way to getting her SIM to work, Nr mit available. Tried contacting them over 30 times by phone me er been able to even get someone to talk to, them always putting the phone down when I get through, even before I get to say anything. No answers to our many email. Please don't touch this company!!!!!!

Very bad experience. I am having a contract with them for a phone and sim card with internet. I agreed to a contract for 7.99€ sim and 63,99€ phone. They are almost every month trying to charge me for 20,00€ for this SIM. Every time I call they say I booked anoter tarif for 20,99€.
Customer support are very bad, they are not able to look into system to finish job.

What went wrong was getting something from Turkey, that's what went wrong. Had I known this was a third world phone company, I would not have gotten the SIM. Don't use them, you will never get a call or be able to make a call!

More like a scam than a real deal . I bought a SIM card to get internet in Turkey and 6gb internet was magically „ used“ when I only checked my emails.

Stay away from this cheap, respectless, amateur, and mean company. I will stay with vodafone. I ordered a sim card online 4.99 during their promotion. They were not able to send it. It never came to me. However, when I called customer service, they were keep asserting that the card was sent and always denied to refund the money back. Their customer representative were not smart enough to understand the situation. One of them wrote me that I need to send the card back with a form in order for a refund. I told him that i cannot something back which i never had. Lately send a message that the related department will take care of it. It takes ages and nothing happens. Cheap lousy company

Waste mobile services i ever see my life internet not working at all i do not recommend at all please guys do not buy Ay yildiz sim card they even need to change company name to not make Ay Yildiz name bad! Boook company service i ever try!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡🥵🥵🥵🤬🤬

Internet is very bad. Even app is not that great - shows confused and expensive tariff options. Only good thing is customer support via email is good. Would not recommend.

Bought a carpet. Never seen such bad quality! Not worth 1 star!

Has anyone successfully canceled the ayyildz contract before? These criminals ripped me off. Told me I can use the sim card for free for 6 months and decide to continue to not. I haven't even opened the sim pack yet but I have been debited €28. I contacted them and was told I can't cancel the contract until after 2 years and I must pay 29.99€ monthly whether I use it or not.
