Not my first time to use their service, my wife gets her ILR now. Thanks for the assistance from Imad all the way, he is meticulous and very good in follow up.

I had a good customer service experience. Our adviser, Ikra Ahmed, was brilliant. She understood what the best options were, and provided clear advice and supported us through the entire process, tirelessly answering all of our many questions and emails.
The rest of the team that dealt with other admin matters, including contract and payment processes, were all supportive and nice people I think.

I had an incredibly bad experience. They dragged the process out unnecessarily. They work incredibly slowly if you get a reply to 1 out of 10 questions, consider yourself lucky. They got our Skilled Worker application refused because of a very obvious, amateur mistake. The odd part is that even though I spotted the error, they still submitted the application with it. Please don’t be misled by the five-star reviews here. Also, make sure to read the negative reviews I fell into that.

This law firm states on their website that they offer a free case evaluation so I called them to find out more. The lady I spoke with cut me off after 1 min and 29 seconds of the call (according to my call history), half way through me answering her question. I tried calling straight back 3 times and no-one picked up. I'll be looking for help elsewhere.

I really recomend them , AY&J helped me with my recent ILR and in the past also with my visas . Very reliable and professional. My case was handled by Diana and Ashu who were so helpful and prompt with everything , really thankful.

I'd definitely recommend A Y & J. It's just over a year since my wife and I decided that we wanted to get married and be together in the UK. Once we made that decision, trying to unravel the complexities of the UK immigration system proved to be incredibly difficult. Initially I started with Citizens Advice, didn't have a tremendous amount of luck with them so managed to find an additional source who was able to explain a little on the process. At this point, what was needed was becoming clearer but how we get there wasn't!

I had further chats with friends that had dealt with similar issues, and it became apparent that the best way to proceed would be to employ the assistance of specialists in UK immigration law. That way we could be in the hands of a company that understands the process and ensure we can comply with the necessarily vigorous paperwork that's needed for a visa.
