Extraordinary AXS customer support
I was extremely frustrated by the AXS app not allowing me to purchase tickets. After my 5th attempt I called AXS customer service. The agent Ray, was extraordinary. He spent 48 minutes helping me and ultimately being able to buy my tickets. He was above and beyond what I would expect in customer support.
Ray was patient and knowledgeable, but in addition he
was supportive and empathetic to my frustration dealing with the system. If all your employees are like Ray, consider yourself very fortunate.

Ladaysia was an incredible help. Friendly and helped me get the tickets I needed exchanged to another location due to a back surgery I had. I occasionally need to get up and walk around a bit so I wanted to be moved to a section that I wouldnt disturb others. They were incredibly helpful and made the exchange process quick and easy.

I've been attempting to purchase tickets for a few days now, however the purchase step fails constantly. I reached out to live agent support and there is a firewall issue which will take 48 hours to resolve. This is the worst customer experience, Ticketmaster and SeatGeek are so easy to purchase tickets from. AXS needs to fire their cyber and digital teams. While I wait, ticket prices are increasing, AXS should at least provide an alternate method to book tickets if their online system is not working. The live agent is also unable to escalate my issue - terrible customer service!!!
