Overall it went reasonably well
Overall it went reasonably well. I did feel like I was pushed into scrapping my car. Did receive money reasonably quickly once agreed ,Still currently waiting for salvage check. Luckily I had saved up Emergency fund so was able to buy a "new" car. But a bit clunky overall.

Fantastic claim agents
Hassan went the extra mile to make sure my claim went through and honestly ended up making the whole process so much easier for me. Incredibly professional and helpful and honestly if I ever have any future claims I hope to have the same experience as it meant that a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

Quick & easy process!
Whole process was smooth and took the stress off me! Mark who delivered the car to me was fab and very informative!
Anyone I spoke to throughout the whole process was excellent, even when I had silly questions and really put me at ease!

Don’t do it
Don’t do it. Stick with the legitimate insurance companies. They did do the repair, but damaged the car in three other places and now won’t respond to emails so I can sort this out.
I would not trust them with hindsight. Saying and doing are different things. They’ve got all the flannel.
