Absolutely Shocking!! After care is zero.
Firstly the trims weren’t flexible to fit onto doors, I emailed regarding this & was told I would need to purchase new trims as they had since changed the style of them, obviously I interpreted that this had been a common problem in order for them to change them.
More recently the doors are not closing properly, which they inform me it must be the fitters fault.
Zero after care & clearly not concerned with customers complaints.
Please consider purchasing these doors from a local supplier with good after care.

Oh my god what terrible customer service, I have spent a couple of thousand pounds with this company, they sent out a French door with damaged hinges and glass that had glue inside the two panes of glass. I also purchased an extra handle for £25 in black, I employed a fitter to fit the door professionally he advised me the hinges and handle had damage (I found the pane damage myself later). I telephoned and emailed the company with images of the damage 3 days later I was still waiting on a response, so I chased it up and the response was pretty awful I was accused of not sending images or emails regarding the damage, then they mysteriously found them, then a very edgy women dealing with it then accused my fitter of damaging the £25 handle ( the damage were light scratches on the handle nothing to do with fitting ) point blankly refused to replace it after all the money I have spent with them which is over £2k all for a £25 handle now they have lost any future business from me. Her attitude was shameful and accused me of lying, I have my own business and if any of my staff had acted in that way with a customer slamming the phone down on me they would be sacked. This is no way to treat a valued customer.

I bought a anthracite double patio door for a outbuilding, information received was good, easy options to select on website, delivered on specified delivery date, door fit perfectly. Local suppliers were quoting between £1500 - £1750.

Ordering the windows online was easy. I received confirmation and a draw up of what the windows and doors would look like within 24 hours. I was informed when the windows would be delivered with a date. The delivery driver was brilliant and friendly.
I was pleased with the quality of the windows… I would highly recommend.

I'm over the moon with the doors and the price but because I wasn't prepared for when they were delivered my idiot house mate told the delivery guy to leave the glass face down on the floor which appears to have scratched all the glass from all the grit on the floor

I have ordered French door. And a uPVC door from another company. I found the door from this company built better quality. Hinges are smoother. Locking system is working perfectly. I ordered this on line, it is simple and easy to use.
