BEWARE

BEWARE. Absolute scam. I expected their truck to arrive but was surprised to see another tow company being used. Called the company on the truck and found out AWhelp24 charged me a middle man fee of over 65% of what the towing company they arranged for would have charged. Tried to contact them again to explain why I was being invoiced an extra 180€ for them to just call a different company. They ghosted me. Mind you this was not an emergency need for a tow. I called at 3pm needing a tow for 11am the next day. I’d respect a 40-60€ fee but 180€ is asinine. Scam artists. STAY AWAY.

Truck wrong loaded

Police stopped our truck regarding overhigh in Germany. As we have no contact around this area we contacted AWhelp and got greatful assistance from Mr. Alexander Wittstatt, He was in continuious conversation with Police on one hand and us on the other hand. He worked hours and till late Evening to find a solution. Finally he could help us to find possiblillity to dis-load our first Truck and to load the later arrived flat loader with our Machines.
Appreciate the very kind and successful work. THANKS
