I have ordered books through this site…
I have ordered books through this site previously with no issues. This time 3 books did not arrive and Royal Mail (after 10 days of tracker follow ups) returned the package “to sender” despite previous deliveries arriving. My contact at Awesome books apologised but could be resend the books - did my order actually exist and was the confirmation false? Still contemplating a re-order of the same books but my confidence is dented

Found type of books l read easily and did not have to wait long for delivery .. good selection of books , l think second books could be cheaper .. as charity shops sell for at half the price

books are clearly not checked before being sent as i received my book with an old price tag on it (the price i paid was more than double the label) and a receipt inside with someone’s personal details including name and bank details!
delivery was quick i just think another quality check should be in place.

Awesome are awful ! For the second time in a row a book…
For the second time in a row a book ordered from Awesome Books UK has not been delivered to my address. The problem may be the delivery company they use but it might also be Awesome Books. At the moment I have to advise - do not use Awesome Books. I did warn them about Royal Mail ! Awesome apologise a lot but they keep using Royal Mail !
