Helpful and knowledgable

Called with query for a podium mic for our school. Person on the phone was knowledgeable and recommended a specific mic that our school purchased. This mic is exactly what we needed and has improved the professionalism of our assemblies and makes the job for the student sound techs much easier for live volume control. Thanks!
