Not Serious in dealing with internet customers
I looked for specific spare parts via internetportal. AVL Autovertung informed that they could deliver and sent an invoice for prepayment, which I paid immediately.
Some days after I paid the invoice they informed me that they had taken the car apart and found that the parts they had sold were broken. This means they could not deliver.
It is ok that they do not deliver faulty parts, but they could have taken the car apart before they sold the parts. Alternatively, and in accordance with the law they could have assisted in finding alternative supplier.
Right now I have no car for another week and I have to pay 50% more.
I recommend all customers to ask for verification that they are able to deliver before accepting any offer from AVL-Autoverwertung Lechhausen
