Avigofly Are SHADY SHISTERS

I purchased a very inexpensive plane ticket through avigofly and then for 3 days I did not receive any form of confirmation so I called them. You ALWAYS get voicemail so I left a message. Several hours later a guy named “Michael” calls, not because of my VM, but he said he saw a missed call from me. He looks at my stuff and of course he cannot honor the price because that sale price “expired”. He quoted me a price $145 higher than the original price and because it was still cheaper than the airline I agreed to pay against my better judgement. The next day I got an email from the airline confirming my reservation, but when I went to reserve my seats it would not let me. Called the airline and they tell me the “booking agency” voided the booking right after they made it. I called avigofly several more times over the next 3 days with no return call. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Left another VM for avigofly letting them know I cancelled payment and of course they called me right back. I told them I had been calling them repeatedly for 3 days and “Michael” said they had a “glitch in their system “ and when I said “for 3 days and you didn’t call people?” He quickly moved on and said they did not void anything and it must have been the airline, which of course it wasn’t. I told “Michael” I stopped the payment and he said “ Oh so you don’t need the ticket then?” When I said no he said “have a nice day” and promptly hung up.

I STRONGLY recommend people DO NOT buy tickets from avigofly. I saw where this company has pulled this bait and switch on many other unsuspecting people. You might eventually get a ticket, but is it worth not knowing if you have a ticket till the day before or once you get to the airport? Had I not called the airline I would have shown up at the airport without a ticket. These people are SHADY to say the least…….STAY AWAY. If it sounds too good to be true, it almost always is.

FAKE COMPANY. DO NOT USE!

This is a fake company and they just scam you you! Don’t waste your time!!!! He even got annoyed with me because I was asking for my ticket the night before the flight. I would post my chat if it allowed me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and their state.

Waisted a whole day trying to book with this travel company, trying several cards until they send me an email saying that the booking has been cancelled because my bank cancelled the transaction!

Upon calling them back to find out what was going on i was told to send an email then had the phone put down on me.

Dont waist your time or money with this cowboy company!!
