Well I did not get free shipping

Well I did not get free shipping , also I had to pay a fee of a couple of dollars handling, and I payed $5.99 for shipping . And later the website said free shipping after I ordered, and I did not want to pay a couple of dollars for handling , if I receive a charge back on my card for $7.99 I will be happy

Worthless, do not buy the rust removal stuff.

Commercials on TV are very, very deceptive about rust removal. I purchased 5 bottles of this solution came in very small bottles, 4 oz bottles. I tried this solution on old nuts, bolts, all kinds of rusty tools and it absolutely did nothing. It is worthless, do not buy this product. It does not work. I feel as if I got scammed.

Ordered the pillow speaker and never received the order. I have at this point emailed multiple times over the course of about two weeks and have not heard a single peep from the company. This site is TERRIBLE Don’t order from them.

Company charged credit card straight…

Company charged credit card straight away but no tracking emails or messages from them yet the adds are still these
Have emailed and messaged them for lhe last 7 days but no reply
Has to be a scam
One more day for them to reply then will report the site and notify bank

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM…

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY‼️ I ordered 2 carbon fiber wallets from this company and it took over a month to receive them. And after opening the package I saw that they were completely PIECES OF $H!T‼️ THE DESIGN IS WORTHLESS‼️ The person in the YouTube commercial must have practice using the wallet for days to make it look easy. Plus if you carry cash it’s worthless if you try to carry more than five dollar bills. My apologies for this review but I hope you don’t get taken by this company like I did as they absolutely will not contact me back to return the junk. Hopefully VISA will help me out!
*Edit* The VISA card section of my CU called me to ask a few questions. I told him to please look and read just a few reviews from here. The gentleman on the line Googled trustpilot.com a few minutes later said OMG, we will refund your money. =-)
Again I can not stress enough about how bad this company is‼️ STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY…

Another youtube ripoff ad

I saw an ad on YouTube for a tool that would help me diagnose a problem I've been having with my car. I made the purchase and had to "no thank you" a bunch of other sales pitches then the final pay.
I only ordered ONE item. They sent me a receipt for a three pack and charged insurence on the order. I did not order that or 3 items.
When I saw the receipt I started emailing them through reply to this email, direct to averyary, averyard support but never received an answer to fix my order. The only thing I got was the receipt and 2 days later an email saying my order was shipped. I had sent them about 4 email before they shipped to correct the order. I've sent them 10 emails as of today and still nothing.
I read the reviews here and sent them one last email informing them that I've been on Trustpilot and that I will be adding my 8200 cents into the site.
Thank you Trustpilot for helping to get answers for so many people and I hope it works for me too. I hate getting ripped off

This company are known for trying to…

This company are known for trying to sell utter rubbish. I bought a video camera. And it doesn't work at all. It's made in cheena. That says it all. Made in cheena is a warning not to buy it as most people now realise. I've emailed them several times and no reply. Luckily I used PayPal and they always get your money back. This rip off company count on the fact that some people don't like to complain and will just let it go. That's how they make their money. And unfortunately there's quite a few people who will not complain. Don't be one of them. Use PP and you will get your money back.

the tracking said it was delivered to my mailbox.
No, I asked my neighbors, not there delivered
PayPal did see I got my $$$ back, but now Averyard tells me again it was delivered and want me to pay
something that never arrived (even if the tracking info
said it was). Can tracking info be made up?

Why can’t I leave zero stars?
This company isn’t worth the spit it takes to lick a postage stamp.
Their tracking really sucks, one minute it shows my package at my local post office, the next day or two, New Jersey!
I send them an email informing them that my package is in Jersey! The next day I get an email saying my package has been delivered, that email was today 3/11/26.
Looking at the tracking and they added several lines of custody and in the middle was a “your package has been delivered” this was on the 3/6/26. I check my ring camera and no one has been to my front porch. Liar liars!
Beware of this company. As far as I know, all the tracking info I received was all a lie. Go to a brick and mortar business and purchase your stuff. Stay away from Averyard.

I ordered the Bone Conduction Pillow Speaker and never received it. After many weeks I got an email saying it was delivered. It was not. It did not even have a tracking number. I've sent numerous emails to customer service and never got a response.

Seems theres alot of appologies to people here on Trustpilot but why don't Averyard just respond to customers as they should by email?

I ordered the Bone Conduction Pillow…

I ordered the Bone Conduction Pillow Speaker and I was so excited to get it. The shipping took forever and I never received it. The tracking number said that it was delivered to my mailbox but I live in a community with locked mailboxes so they couldn’t have actually delivered it. I reached out to Averyard but they never responded. Just wish I’d read the reviews before I’d made the purchase.
