Great shop, reasonable prices
Very fast, helpfull and accurate. Ordered online, merchandise was shipped next day. Since they didn't have the cable I was looking for, they offered me a longer one for the same price. I'll definitely recommend!

Excellent, personal service
My Bose headphones had been on the fritz for several months when I finally contacted AV Connection, where my husband had purchased them for me as a gift, to see if they could be repaired or replaced.
The company takes a fee (understandably enough) if the product's flaws in an attempted return are your own fault. I was ready to take that chance – I definitely didn't THINK I had abused or damaged my own headphones! – but I didn't expect their staff (Lars) to contact me and walk me through verifying this before the set was put in the mail. He replied to my inquiry via the website early the next morning, guided me in some maintenance steps for the headphones, analysed the photos I sent before and after, and finally agreed that I had done the best I could and it was probably time to send them in.
Lars then sent them on to Bose, and within a couple of weeks I had a spanking new set delivered to my door. Thank you SO much. Excellent service.
