"Surprise, surprise... Wish I'd read reviews like this before going with these guys!
TERRIBLE, practically non-existent customer service—they clearly couldn't care less.
I was super polite and patient on my first few calls with Jessica, but every time I followed up (after waiting 2 months just to get scheduled into the painter's booth), the color match was way off. My Tesla's PPSW (Pearl White Multi-Coat) is a bright, clean white, but the paint they mixed came out noticeably yellow-tinged—not even close to an exact match.
Her response? 'The guy who makes the formula works from home, and I passed the message on. What else can I do?' That's it—no real help, no follow-up, no solutions.
YIKES! Nearly $300 for a meager pint of paint that's basically unusable as-is. Now I'm having my painter source it from PPG instead and try to blend/match what was supposed to be a perfect factory match.
My strong advice: DO NOT USE these guys. Very slow shipping on top of everything else. Save yourself the headache and money—go elsewhere for Tesla paint matching!"

Update: After posting my review on multiple platforms and sending additional follow-up messages to the company, I finally received a response. I was informed that I would need to return the unopened product at my own expense. I sent the package back as instructed, and on February 21 I received a refund for the original purchase amount.

I had a very poor experience with AutomotiveTouchUp.com.

I placed my order on December 18th (Receipt #13452801). At the time of purchase, the website stated that the order would be delivered no later than December 30th. Receiving the product on time was critical for me, and I planned accordingly.

The package did not arrive by the promised date, and I received no updates. After waiting more than two weeks, I contacted AutomotiveTouchUp.com by email on January 6th to ask about the status of my order.

In their email response, I was informed that my order had never been shipped and had remained unprocessed on their end. Only after that email did they finally send the package.

The package was delivered on January 12th. By that time, it was already too late for me to use the product for its intended purpose, as the car had already been sold the day before. The package remains completely unopened.

After receiving the package, I submitted multiple return requests and support tickets through their website asking how to return an unopened product and receive a refund. None of those requests have been answered.

Customer support is extremely difficult to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails and website requests are largely ignored. Throughout this entire process, I received only one response.

At this point, the main issue is not the money itself, but the overall process: the long and unnecessary waiting, the internal disorganization that led to my order not being shipped at all, and the lack of basic communication or accountability toward customers who reach out for help.

I am simply requesting a refund for a completely unopened product that was delivered too late to be used. This issue could be resolved easily, but the lack of communication has been unacceptable.

I have purchased paint from Automotive Touchup before and have always had great results with their products!

They took my money but never gave me tracking information or company information on how to reach them. They refused to acknowledge my phone calls or emails. After 3 weeks I found a person who worked there and told me they haven't even looked at my order... getting a refund was quick tho... horrible

Shipping was great and paint was good.

Very responsive. And I was able to get the product.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, they say to give them 5-7 business days to ship my order. Not only have they not yet shipped, but they refuse to pickup the phone, respond to a voicemail, or respond to a email. Their customer service phone line is just on a recorded loop, I'm not even sure their customer service exists. They seem to be a legitimate company based on others discussions, but they are not giving a good impression whatsoever.

From my very first order, I was impressed with the service and quality of thier products. If I had a question they were able to answer it promptly unlike othe companies that you send am email to and never hear from them. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GREAT VIBES!

I’ve been using the wrong touchup paint for my Chrysler Pacifica for four years. I purchased it from a Chrysler dealership. You think they would know the correct color apparently not.
I called your company. They told me that color is incorrect. Gave me the proper color and sent it to me.
You did inform me that I needed clearcoat to cover the paint. I got from you something else. Chrysler never told me.
You gave me a good price for the product. I got a small bottle of paint and a small bottle of clearcoat.
Chrysler charge me four dollars less for a tiny tube which dried up after six months.
You guys take great and anybody I can send your way I will.

It was so easy to use the Automotive Touchup website, all you need is the make, model year and color of your vehicle using the scroll down features and the different options of product, small touchup bottles or spray cans and much more and within a week or so your item arrives very well packaged too... I'm glad to be a repeat customer!

I bought paint from this company, waited weeks for it to arrive, but it never made it to my place and got stuck at a UPS access point. It went back to them, and they had the nerve to email me saying they had my package. When I asked for a refund, they said they unfortunately have no refund policy. Seriously? They have my package and want to keep my money too? That's insane. UPS messed up delivering it to my address, and they think it's my fault. Watch out, the company even said this has happened before, so they wanted to check if the UPS problem still exists, but even knowing all that, they won't give me my money back. What a rip-off.

Product is exactly as explained. Constant tracking info.

The worst customer service ever. Totally ghosted me and would not address the problem they created by shipping my order twice. They would not offer solutions or even reply to messages. They just decided to charge me for both orders. Have to submit a claim to my credit card. Too bad because the paint was okay, but I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know the same thing.

DISHONEST COMPANY. This company will sell you products that do not match with your cars factory paint and when you try to refund it is very difficult to get your money back. Additionally, if a refund is successful, they do not keep their word regarding giving the customer a full refund. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs!

The ordering was easy and the color match is perfect. I've ordered from this company before so I already knew my color code. But, it's not hard to match your color at all.

Super slow shipping and horrendous customer service. This place sits on orders for days. They have extensive "policies" written to make returns and refunds impossible. In my case because they sat on the order for 5 days I no longer needed the touchup kit. They refused a refund sighting a policy which states their order processing may take few days. Another word "it is my fault" for ordering paint from them because I should have know better. Avoid at all cost.
