Onderdeel voor de uitlaat van mijn auto besteld maandag ochtend, dinsdag ochtend geleverd. Ben heel tevreden over de levertijd en de prijs was helemaal goed.
Op 22 mei gereedschap voor de auto besteld, omdat er bij stond: "vandaag besteld, morgen verzonden". Op 8 juni werd het pas geleverd, waardoor de auto 2 weken onnodig stil heeft moeten staan. De klantenservice reageert erg summier en komt ook niet met een voorstel tot compensatie. Daarnaast zijn de verzendkosten wel erg hoog, €7,95 voor een A5 envelop. Eén maal, nooit meer.
