What Scammers through and through…

What scammers..this company should be investigated by Trading Standards Office... .They are robbing the innocent public of their hard earned cash ..Once they have your money..They do not answer phone calls, email or WhatsApp messages..they do NOT supply the parts they claim to be sending .but just keep the money.
Yes they seemed very plausible at first...and that is the art of SCAMMING.Shame on you AUTOLOCKXPRESS.is A Scam..
Don't attempt to deal with this rogue trader.
AVOID IT COMPLETELY..

Scam artists

Oh! How I wish I had read the reviews before I dealt with this company. All communications by WhatsApp which should have raised my suspicions but Scott was very responsive and helpful - to start with. Said the BSI fault I had was very common and they dealt with lots of them. Paid my money and dropped it off at their "workshop". Nobody around but there was signage so it seemed legit. Had a message after a few days saying they'd found damage and it would cost a little bit more than quoted so I paid. 2 weeks later I'd not heard so I contacted them and they promised it would be fixed soon. Eventually I arranged collection and strangely they left it for me to pick up as nobody was around. Hmm. When I got it back I compared it to the photo I'd taken previously and rather than the promised replacement it was the original unit. When asked about this they said they'd changed the board inside. All I can say is they did a damn good job of re-sealing it. Of course it didn't work. Then they promised to send a mobile technician to sort it the following week. Guess what - nobody turned up. At this point - silence! No phones being answered, no messages returned and their website has disappeared. So now I'm back to square one but significantly out of pocket. Even my bank can't help as I paid by bank transfer. Moral of the story - read reviews and pay by credit card.

Sent bcm to be cloned took them three…

Sent bcm to be cloned took them three weeks before they sent it back. Had it fitted back to the car now won't even start tried connecting them told they would look into it now three months later can't get hold of them and car still not running. Do not use this company only interested in taking your money

Unresponsive, disorganised and failed to return my deposit

They wanted a £50 deposit up front in order to book an appointment for making a spare key.
After I transferred the money they became unresponsive.
They said they had an opening early week so I transferred money.
It turned out early week meant Friday to them.
I asked for another day/time and they became unresponsive again.
I said I don't have the time or patience to be chasing people to do their jobs and I would like my deposit back.
They said ok in a couple of days you will get your money.
It's been two weeks but that hasn't happened and of course they don't respond again.

Scammers!!

Scammer’s sent them a bsi unit to clone .
They kept the unit and the money to repair it and ignored all calls and messages !

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! sent my BSI unit and after they got my money they cut all contact with me, now I'm in France with a dead in the water van!

I sent my bsi to Scott 1 month ago
It took 3 weeks to get a supposedly cloned unit back to me
Royal Mail returned my original bsi to me this Saturday as failed delivery so Autolockxpress never had my bsi to clone!
Scott has lied on a nearly daily basis!
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!
Requested my money back and no response!
Look forward to seeing you in court Autolockxpress!!

I had a terrible experience with Auto…

I had a terrible experience with Auto Lock Express. My car alarm kept going off, so I called them for help. They claimed to have the tools and know-how to fix it but were completely unprepared. They couldn't even check the codes or find the problem. Instead, they disconnected a sensor and tried to charge me £80. I had to show them a chat message to get the price down to £50.
The alarm went off again just 10 minutes after they left. I called, messaged, and even used their website to get in touch, but no one came back as promised. I had to reconnect the sensor myself and find a trustworthy service.
Auto Lock Express is unprofessional and unreliable. They wasted my time and money. Avoid them at all costs

AVOID !!!!!

AVOID !!!!!! They are scammers , they meant to take my bsi module clone it and give me plug and play bsi module ready to go ,the module they give me it's not cloned and nothing works on my van anymore and they destroyed my old unit , after reporting to them abaut the new bsi is not working they stop answering my calls and messages,

Sent BSI off to them they say on the phone that they supply a reconditioned Unit from there supplier ..Mmmm just have to take their word for that!
As in any rate the Unit they supplied as made things even worse.In my opinion and its just my opinion it didnt look reconditioned as who sends a reconditioned Unit. that has fuses missing.
Tried Contacting them by phone no reply but they pick up when they want your money, I sent them a text showing error code no reply.
Please whatever you do not trust these people Buyer Beware.

They did send another unit that only lasted 9 months so now have the same error thanks.

Terrible

First inquiry and booking of the appointment was smooth. All was done through email. But after I booked my appointment with them, all my following inquiries did not get any response.

On the day of the appointment I emailed them because it was already 1:08PM (time of the appointment was 1:00PM) but nobody came. Nobody replied to my email so I tried to contact them through their facebook messenger account. I got a response telling me that they had to check because one of their vans broke down and unfortunately it was the one in my area. I understand that their van breaking down is out of their control but they could have just informed me. The agent apologised because nobody informed me about the problem hence I was waiting for half a day for nothing. I even swapped my day off this week just to be able to have the appointment, now it’s a day wasted.

Oh, and after I was informed that their van broke down and asking for my contact info if I wish to rebook the appointment, I did not receive any response, again.

Terrible experience with this company.
