We made a 3 years privat leasing agreement and used that Peugeot 208 for 3 years. Everytime when we had a problem it was impossible to reach them. One time we gave the car for service, and they put floor mats without asking and than they invoiced us.
At the end of three year we gave back the car to a place called bilsalg where they want us to leave it. When we gave the car they told us they had no personel to check the car together with us. They are leaving all cars outside when you give it back. They send us an invoice 2 months later which costs 24.000dkk ( which is the one year leasing cost of that car) they told us they did the inspection 3 days after we gave the car and these are the damages on the car that we need to pay. They send us the pictures but we cannot recognise them all. They are not showing us the car and decline an inperson meeting. We are still try to understand what happened and who are we responsible to and for what. We got the car from vestergaard autohuset, give it back to bilsalg and get an invoice from peugeot finans. They even didn’t count the cleaning that we did and add 1000dkk for only inside cleaning to the invoice. They are also counting normal wear and tear which are due to the three years of usage
If you are thinking to have a private leasing think twice, and I am definetely not suggesting Autohuset Vestergaard at Birkerød or any company who is working with Peugeot finans.

I have ordered my Mazda CX3 through Mazda in Vejle with the help of Dennis.

I would like to say that, today a month later I still think it was a great decision.
The car is great but most importantly I am really grateful to Dennis for his help, patience, and advise.
I was not sure which engine to go with and wanted to test all, he helped me with it even though not all cars were available locally.
The car delivery was on time as well which was important for me.

My husband Jaime and I are happy to say that we had a great experience! A beautiful modern building, fully wheelchair accessible, right down to the elevator. Friendly staff at the welcome desk and no pressure tactics upon entrance. But all the salesmen greeted me/us regardless if we were their customer or not.
We had gone to several other dealerships but after price comparing,
excellent personalized customer service and an overall good feeling of being heard and taken care of we chose this one. Because of my husbands health, and mobility, we chose what we felt was the best car for us and our friendly, fully bilingual, never ending available salesman Michael Tougard managed to answer every email, question, and update I threw at him. The pick up day, we`re greeted by him outside and the transition to the new car was smooth and explained fully. We have full confidence that even after the sale, if there`s something we need or a question asked, he`ll still make himself available to us. He was the main reason we chose to deal with that dealership. We also fully plan to do all our service work there although we have other dealerships closer. Let`s face it, cars come and go, excellent customer service is timeless. So for all of that we give Autohuset Vestergaard A / S 5 shining stars!

I had a very good experience in buying a used car from Vejle shop. The sales man -Jakob Rask Eriksen- was very friendly and gave me full answers to all of my questions.
