Bought a set of wiper blades for my MB. I ordered them on EBay paying with PayPal. For safe shopping. Never received my order. No responce seller. Could not figure out PayPal or Ebay complaints.
Contacted my card company. Will no load shop Ebay or use PayPal. Be sticking with Jeff B and amazon
They have to understand that their service is exceptionally confusing. The representative does not respond in the requested language; does not provide a clear explanation of 75% of the requested documentation; does not respond for more than a week and you refuse to continue the process, even though I’m doing the best according to what they send me. We are customers and a higher level of care should be taken.

Option for the appointment available on the website are not real, They will call you to change the appointment after you have booked it already. (Frankfurt)
If you call to book appointment, they will ask you to book online. Strange? Isnt it? (Munich/Frankfurt)
