Thought it was a weather tech direct .. it wasn't. I asked for a receipt and they sent me a consultant who wanted $70.00. Lastly.. read the return policy.. it seems they want a 15pct restocking fee which is not in the ordering process... Scammers .. stay clear

Sent wrong product for 2023 nissan titan, poor customer service in my opinion. Long process and requires an approval to return the incorrect product! This part came from the manufacturer and not AAG per customer service rep. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. I will stick with Amazon or a local company.

RUN, DON'T WALK - this company has the WORST customer service. They missed THREE shipping dates and do NOTHING to help. I ordered SEVEN weeks ago and today NO UPDATE. Ordered A Bug Guard from these guys and waited two months to receive shipping confirmation on it. called to confirm that it was in stock and was told "yes parts in stock we will expedite ship you your part and will email you a confirmation on it" That email never came. I then called the next day to find out what had happened and was told that I was never promised it was in stock or that I'd receive expedite shipping. All in all very unhappy with the customer service I received being that i operate a small local shop and could've provided more business to this company. If I were you I'd RUN from this company with your belonging while you still can NOT walk RUN.
Extremely poor customer service and products
I believed that I was ordering my Husky X-Act floor mats for my 2022 Nissan Rogue from NAPA. I thought that Auto Accessories Garage was the Accessories department of NAPA.
When I went to install my floor mats the rear mats fit perfectly. The front driver side was very difficult to connect to the small studs on the floor, but I thought we had gotten it in. The passenger side I was not able to get on at all. I immediately contacted customer service and was asked to send a picture, which I did on May 2, 2025.
I then waited for a response or a replacement. Nothing! I contacted them again and got told they were having difficulty with Husky returning their messages, and as soon as they heard back from them they would let me know. So, I waited again. Again I had to contact them. I was told, by Ana, that she was going to get Husky management involved as well as her manager. I was not the only one waiting with this problem. This was on the 27th of May and I have not heard anything from Ana.
Twenty-five days of excuses and very expensive floor mats that most likely will not be replaced or refunded. I am not sure if NAPA or Husky are part of the issue but I do know that Auto Accessories Garage is definitely NOT a reputable company to work with.

Misleading Rip-off
Mislead by their website, which indicated the 3D mats I ordered for my 2007 Nissan Frontier would fit. In fact they did not, as the "retainer" (hold in place) set up DID NOT match my vehicle. What's even going on here - does 3D mats have their vehicle years mixed up? Who knows, but the Auto Accessories Garage website promises "hassle-free returns", so I contacted them immediately to have the mats returned, only to be charged exorbitant return shipping and restocking fees that exceed 40% of the purchase price. Unbelievable.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, a " custom " product for my vehicle does not fit. Due to work demands, I didn't get to opening the box/trying to install within the Auto Accessories 30-day return policy. In the end, nearly $600 for custom seat covers that don't fit correctly, won't get used, and can't be returned. Shame on me for not paying attention to the poor reviews all over the web concerning Auto Accessories.

Waited on caliper covers for 10 days. No communication and don’t seem to care if your order falls into a blackhole. They pass the buck to the manufacturer who you can’t get in touch with. Don’t waste your time or money with these guys. I’m sure I’ll have to wait for a month to get me refund on the cancelled order.

I ordered a set of husky floor mats for my 2018 equinox on Dec 9 th and still have not got them on Dec 22 Second I ordered them three weeks ago so I could get them for Christmas but no such luck so I canceled them. They told me when I called them back a few days ago i wanted my money back they said it only takes two days to get your refund well it’s been four days and still no refund. I say this company is not worth dealing with piss poor run business so people take note go to Amazon and buy your floor mats they have them on hand and you can save a bundle. People who wants to buy from this company take note they charge you before it is even shipped to you. What a joke so they took my money now I have to wait for them while they take their sweet time to refund me that is not right. You don’t charge people for a product until you ship it out like I said this is a piss poor run business. Please save your money & go elsewhere.

If I could give them a Zero I would, I ordered a dash cover for my Ram 1500 took over 2 weeks to ship. When it arrived what a BIG disappointment, for $54.00 this is cheap, poorly made POS! I wouldn't have taken it if someone gave it to me. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this company. Bunch of FAKE reviews on their website. I did file a disputed and ONLY got a refund of $40.00 and not the $54.00 that I paid them, not a honest company at all. This is a drop ship company trying to fool people into thinking its an actual business. BEWARE!

I ended up cursing him. I cancelled the order and immediately bought a similar product from RealTruck and they guaranteed me the tonneau cover would arrive in 5 business days. The customer service rep could have salvaged this, but he chose to provoke me instead.
Horrible shipping
Ordered vent shades at the beginning of August received my vent shades September 22nd with no communication from the company until about September 18th said they had shipped. Tried to do online chat with them and was immediately just cut off and said glad we could help your issue do I want to start another chat. Would not recommend ordering from this company unless you have 2 months to wait on product with no communication.

I ordered a dash cover for my sons new car. The cover arrived on time but did not fit. I requested a refund and they told me I would have to pay return shipping unless I sent pictures showing that it did not fit. I sent the pictures and they told me that I would be charged $25 for return shipping and about $7 for restocking. They want to charge me roughly $32 dollars to take back an item that cost $49 and DID NOT FIT! We purchased from another company and that cover does fit. Auto Accessories Garage truly would not stand behind their promise of guaranteed fit and easy returns. Think twice before you purchase from them.
