We ordered some patches and pins and were really impressed with the quality! They even included free packaging and cards for each item, which was such a nice touch. Everything looked great and arrived quickly. Definitely recommend!

I cannot rave enough about Austin Trim! I was in a serious time crunch trying to get a personalized baby blanket to someone in Pakistan — the person delivering it was flying out in just 3 days. I checked with the Pottery Barn monogramming department, but their back-to-school backlog was insane and they couldn’t get it done in time, so I ended up just purchasing the blanket itself.

Enter Austin Trim — absolute lifesavers! I placed my order with just 30 minutes’ notice, and not only did they say yes without hesitation, they had the blanket beautifully embroidered, ready and delivered in under 2 days! The stitching was clean, flawless, and so thoughtfully done — even better than what I expected.

These folks killed it. I was in desperate need of some monogrammed hat patches after my first order fell through from another vendor. They were quick to respond and I had the patches WAY faster than expected - believe it was around a week and a half. They saved the day for me and the detail on the patches is fantastic. They're a go-to for me now!

My goodness, where to begin...I was in a bind and needed some last-minute assistance with a very difficult embroidery project and stumbled across Austin Trim. THEY SWOOPED IN AND SAVED THE DAY! I called Thursday, met with Hamza on Friday and had my complicated embroidery project completed by the following Monday. The quality of the work is exceptional, the pricing fair and the customer service truly amazing. I plan on using Austin Trim from this point forward for all my embroidery and screen-printing needs; although, out of respect for the business, I will try to avoid jobs with short lead times going forward, even though I know they can, and will rise, to the occasion. I originally worked with an online patch company who were more difficult to work with, were more expensive, and everything was made abroad.
