I paid for Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and…
I paid for Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and in less than 8 months I am being asked to "Upgrade" to the "Pro" version of Auslogics BoostSpeed 14. A great deal of what was already functioning (i.e. paid for) in v13 had been REMOVED so it can be reinstalled by paying for it again! Had I know when I installed their "upgrade" to an existing version 13 I was removing functional tools only to be asked to purchase them back!

WARNING...froze my ability to access chrome
I have been locked out of my google account in Chrome. BootSpeed made my account an
Administrator Account and thus made me
unable to change even the ability to change
cookie settings, which is the excuse gives me
for locking me out. Other browsers were not
affected, even deleting and reinstalling Chrome failed to shake off the effects.

If you're locked out of your Google account in Chrome and finding that your account has been designated as an Administrator account, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue:
1. Try to Recover Your Google Account:
Go to the Google Account Recovery page.
Follow the prompts to recover your password or unlock your account.
You will need to verify your identity via phone number or recovery email, if configured.
2. Sign Out and Restart Chrome:
If you can access Chrome, try signing out of your Google account.
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and choose "Sign out".
After signing out, close and restart Chrome.
3. Check for Multiple Profiles:
Ensure you don’t have multiple profiles set up in Chrome that may be interfering.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner to manage profiles.
4. Reset Chrome Settings:
Go to Settings.
Scroll down and click on Advanced.
Under the "Reset and clean up" section, click on Restore settings to their original defaults.
Confirm the action.
5. Check Windows and Mac Accounts:
If you're on a Windows or Mac device, check if your user account settings have been changed. It might not necessarily be a Chrome issue.
You may want to create a new user account on your device.
6. Reinstall Chrome:
Although you've tried this already, ensure you're reinstalling properly by:
Uninstalling Chrome completely.
Deleting the browser data manually by going to:
Windows: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome
Restarting the computer before downloading and reinstalling Chrome.

Ausologics BoostSpeed- An excellent product
Boostspeed is very easy to use . It works really well. Manually deleting and optimizing things need a lot of times. This software really helped that out.

I must say before buying BoostSpeed and Driver Updater, I have never heard of Auslogics before. I checked their website and as a company with over 15 years experience in computer maintenance, I knew they couldn't be scam as all the other optimization software available out there. I'm happy how much Auslogics helped me keep my computers running smoothly, despite being pretty new released in 2022. I have tried many optimization tools which all of them proved to be scam and full of bloatware, BoostSpeed now is my most favorite app and will always be the first app I install on any new PC I buy in future. Love you so much, hugs to the whole team, you are just amazing people and keep doing what you do best.

Auslogics Is Comprehensive.
I've found that the Auslogics software is comprehensive and okay to use if you follow instructions. Only problem I've had is trying to buy the Driver Updater. I made the purchase and tried to update to the "Paid" version. The update procedure through the "Help" menu did not work. I asked for and quickly received a refund.

Not even a star
It was not even a star because I never received the activation key despite paying for a subscription. Vera Smith (Auslogics) always wrote that she sent me the key. However, there was nothing in my Junk and Bin folders. Also, nothing in my second email. She refused to send the key via chat. It is a fraud. I believe that PayPal will be able to sort it out.

The Driver Updater Is Making Things Worse
The Driver Updater screwed up all existing drivers on my PC. I even bought the paid version, but for some reason could't make it work - the software was stuck on the free version, althought I have uninstalled it and re-installed it multiple times. The Auslogics tech support were terrible - their solution was to try and restart the PC. Never got the paid version to work, and never got my money back. One year later I still have problems with all possible drivers on my PC, and even if I uninstalled the Driver Updater all this time ago, I still think this product is causing it.
