I returned a dress at my own expense to China - postage was £25.
4 weeks on and several emails later providing postage/return info as requested and I have still have not received my refund even thought I received an email stating that a refund would be completed / it never was refunded

I’ve order 2 dressed from Auri collection, and ans they never fulfill the item and refused to refund my money back , same on them. Hopefully they are out of business or someone sues them. I’m A 2X stroke survivor, and I’m not just throwing money around, I wanted the dresses

Avoid at all costs. If I could do minus stars I would, absolutely shocking, the items were nothing like the pictures, you have to return the items to China at your own cost £30+ pounds and then chase and chase and chase to get a refund. 5 weeks later and still nothing and now also not even responding to emails. Absolute joke of a company avoid at all cost.

Really wish I had of read the reviews and comments here buying buying. These are coming from China a d delivery is showing up that it will arrive within another 3 weeks.

Items received were completely different to those pictured online (via reverse image search I have since discovered they are using pictures from a very reputable expensive brand). The quality is awful and no where near the value paid for the items. Returns are to China at customer cost which shouldn't be allowed for mis-sold items?!

Incredibly frustrating. Wish I'd properly looked into customer reviews in advance of buying.

Appalling customer service. Took days to respond and I had to follow up. Insisting a pay for shipping from UK to China to return their poorly fitting trainers.

SCAM!! Don't buy here. Cheapest China plastic quality that doesn't fit the descriptions and they won't refund you.

This is the same as aura surf AWFUL SCAM - despicable way to treat people

They sent me the wrong package, and the quality was terrible, the fabric was made of plastic. It was posted through Evri delivery company in a recicled package with previous buyers names and addresses labels underneath mine. It took really long time to arrive. I asked for a refund as wrong package received. Their response was quick but no signature or company information in the email, the whole thing felt unprofessional and I was fearing it was a scam, but to be fair I got the refund almost immediately. Only lost delivery fees.

Please do not buy from this company.
They overcharged me and the bras do not fit. The description is completely wrong.
I paid £37.40 and they offered me £4 refund. I am a pensioner and simply can’t afford to lose this much money. Please share this so that others don’t get scammed.

Shocking! This website is a scam and I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought anything. The bra was cheap, flimsy and the sizing on their website totally wrong. Although the website is a .co.uk, the business is not in the UK. The bra took 2 weeks to arrive from USA. I asked to return it as it was no good and as others have experienced, I was told it had to be returned to their warehouse in China, which would be too expensive for me. They then offered me a £2 refund! I don't know how they are still operating. Please do not order from them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! DO NOT BUY! Item not at all as shownor described. Flimsy bras which offer no support at all, even with the side straps which promised to boost things. Some weird foam nipple pasty thing in the middle of the cup which folds and covers nothing. Took a month to arrive which fair enough with the distance they travelled. Now having fun trying to return and get a refund. Keep offering a small portion of the price I paid and asking me to accept as 'shipping back to their warehouse in China will be very expensive for me'. Pushing this all the way as they're no good to me (or anyone else for that matter).

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Terrible non wireless bra, poor shape poor quality bad for just glad I only paid a small amount as it went straight in the bin

Beware of this brand - beautiful pictures but their clothing is absolute garbage! Cheap, cheap clothing made in China!

I am totally disappointed in the dress I received from this company. It was of poor quality and craftsmanship, arrived late for an event for which I ordered it, and although I always wear an XS, Aura’s size XS dress was HUGE. To top it off, their policy is for store credit only, and I have no interest in buying there if the future. Actually, I CAN’T buy there, as none of there XS items will obviously be small enough for me. I have asked for my money back in full. I have not heard back from the company but will never shop there again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on poor quality items that cannot be returned. Do not buy from this company.

My rating is actually a 0. this is a scam company. do not buy anything from them. The dress I saw on instagram did not resemble the dress I received. It came direct from Bali, a wrinkled mess, cheapest fabric ever and completely ill fitting. I immediately began a return only to find out, you only get credit. Who would want to try again when the quality was despicable. How do they get away with this???
