I will never buy from Audisana again

I will never buy from Audisana again. I ordered a V-ZUG hood filter via Galaxus for 169 CHF, sold by Audisana and advertised as an original part. It arrived in a plain brown box with no plastic bag or original packaging—clearly not what was promised. I returned it because it wasn’t compatible with my hood, but the return was rejected on the grounds that the filter lacked packaging. That packaging never existed in the first place. Extremely disappointing experience.

Shopped here blankets recently and was delighted with the quality, used materials and the price, of course. The latter thing was a bit higher than market average, but I compared materials used in the production of my blanket to the ones other designers/producers make, it's like chalk and cheese.
The price is high a bit and it's justified, I am sure. Quality, fast, exceptional. I guess these are those adjectives easily applicable to the service, so it's my recommendation.
