Your website wasn’t updated properly to state that Canadian credits were out of stock. It wasn’t changed until I brought this up. But then asking me for a review on a purchase I had to get refunded because it wasn’t available is kind of in poor taste.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Audible club, with them being very quick and responsive in their order fulfillment. An error on one of my orders led me to select a cheaper, incorrect item. Rather than cancelling the order and having me resubmit, or having me submit additional payment, they gave me what I had intended to purchase at no additional cost. Yes, the cost was only a couple dollars different, but it was amazing customer service
