MICE in the shop

I've been living in Paris for some time now and I love Auchan la defence for all my groceries they offer a good variety and although the staff aren't very open to helping non french speakers, they somewhat try. What I hate about the shop is I often see MICE there. This is distubring especially that they are always in the food section. It just makes me question the overal cleanlines of the shop and their fresh food products.

Attention aux prix magasin Auchan…

Superbe rénovation du magasin Auchan Saint Priest
Par contre attention aux prix !!
Exemple: la barquette de cèleri rémoulade à la moutarde de chez Pierre Martinet est à 2.55 €,
alors qu'à Intermarché elle est à 1.92 € !!
Ca fait quand même un sacré écart !!
Et il y en a d'autres comme ça !

Auchan security at Auchan store at 32 Bd. Vaugirard in Paris shows a pattern of harassment and bullying of customers

This review addresses a pattern of hostility, aggression, and bullying of Auchan security staff at the Auchan store at 32 Bd. de Vaugirard in Paris. This pattern of harassment continues despite repeated complaints acknowledged by management. In several prior negative reviews, Achan management excuses, "We have received your feedback and are deeply sorry for this experience. AUCHAN MANAGEMENT YOU ARE DEEPLY SORRY ABOUT NOTHING. IF YOU WERE INDEED SORRY YOU WOULD TAKE ACTION. BUT AUCHAN MGT CONTINUES TO ALLOW BULLYING BY THEIR EMPLOYEES. So what happened? Tonight as closing approached, we were granted entry to this Auchan store. Yet the "security" person immediately stalked several of us to leave the moment we entered. The Auchan security man then started mocking the man's French. And started yelling at the customer to leave. I don't know French law, but Auchan's security man was patronizing and bullying, and I thought that the Auchan security person should be charged with criminal harassment. This is the last time I will ever enter this Auchan store. I live in the area, and started spreading word to friends to go somewhere else. i repeat; AUCHAN, YOU REGRET NOTHING. THIS WAS ABUSE, AND YOU ENDORSE IT.

Hours of operation

It would be helpful, if the website reflected actual information. If the store is closed, the website needs to say "Closed". It should not say "Open" with a warning that hours may vary due to a holiday. Auchan needs to realize that people depend on the information displayed on the website, even if it is costly to maintain actual calendars.

Scam company stay away

These company have a website where they process customer satisfactions and have people work for them. This is a scam company, it will take your money and not give you anything back. Watch out Do not work with anybody who represents this company.

I was working three days in April 2025…

I was working three days in April 2025 with Ocean online I was with a mountain named Emily who was walking me through the process of how to do this. It seemed pretty simple but the second day the account that I have went into a negative balance and I had to add more money after I had $50 the day before so I had to add 150 actually 130 the next day then the following day on April 16, I was in a situation we had to add $800 to the account cause it went negative again going through the daily routinely of work that supposed to take 30 minutes to 45 minutes and I’ve been on it for about four or five hours with the mentor the account went negative again in the neighborhood of $3600 They want me to put in $3600 to get the account positive again cause they said you’ll get the money on the backend so the $288 I had in there in the early morning and the 800 I put in I had 10 1088. They put another 3600 and no guarantees on the back I get it back is something wrong with this company? They extort people money on a daily basis and claiming that it’s the person that’s doing the job that doesn’t know what they’re doing but they have a mental with you all day. The mentor is a human being or an AI robot if you need additional information on this, please contact me , please please get this out to the general public so I don’t want this to happen to anybody else

So I am out $288 plus $800 which is $1088. They are holding that on me and not giving it back cause they want me to pay $3600 to get the account in positive direction again, what are the chances that this money won’t get back so I didn’t do it and they all upset at me. I’m more upset at them than anything, so hopefully this will get the people and they will understand what’s going on

A one because they were open

A one because they were open. Could not give a s##t about the customer and if I knew the reviews were this bad I'd have never gone there. Well never again. Disgusting customer service and so so so far behind the UK retailers who put the customer 1st.

Auchan in Senegal

I write about Auchan in Senegal. Please take care, as many items are outdated, very low quality, all fruits etc. better buy fresh on the local market and - most of all - the customer card they give you is worth NOTHING and they cheat on it. I have the proof here and we will are going to see the responsible.

Auchan has only one checkout open…

Auchan has only one checkout open making the costumers work for free ( self checkout mandatory at week day) and be target of a confirmation on our ticket just in case we didn’t do the job they are obligated to ! I’m no auchan employee and refuse to work for free and not trusted!! This has to stop

Exchange Drama

My Name is Arshdeep singh this month 14 April 2024 i buy samsung galaxy buds2 pro form faro. But i have iphone 14 pro. so this samsung galaxy buds2 pro not working properly with iPhone. And after one day i go store again talk to with staff about product like I want to exchange this galaxy buds2 pro to AirPods. They are not exchange. Because i am immigrant here in Portugal. They give me little some reason Which has no meaning. I do daily 10 hours working after buy this seriously i feel very bad

Christmas Cheer lost on one member of Staff at Auchan Sud in Poitiers

Normally the cash desk staff at the Auchan Sud in Poitiers are helpful, usually smiling under what I would imagine is a very mundane job. We had the misfortune on Thursday 28th December to encounter a young checkout person who's whole demeanour was one of being bad tempered and miserable. I had observed her dealings with 4 customers in front of me and it was exactly the same. She seemed to take umbrage at my asking to check the price on some Sale goods and was quite sharp on her responses. I asked her if she had a problem to which she said "No". I asked to have a printed version of the till receipt, she didn't respond to that request and asked me if I wanted any vignettes. As I didn't catch what she said the first time, the plastic wall in front makes it harder for me to hear, I asked her to repeat what she had said. She was abrupt in her reply. I told her that her attitude was not a good one and that I was going to make a complaint at the Accueil. To be honest she couldn't give an ounce of care and pointed up to the number 11 which indicates the cash desk number. I have been a very long time customer of Auchan. I never expect anyone to be subservient but I do expect politeness at the checkout. We all have bad days but keep it to ourselves. My French is good enough to converse Wholly in French. In fact only two weeks ago someone at Auchan congratulated me on my good French. As a retired nurse I am more than au fait with how difficult the public can be, but this bad tempered attitude was wholly unacceptable behaviour towards the customers. I hope it is just a seasonal job because if not I know who to avoid in future. Try harder Auchan

Plastic salad.

Bought the package of ready-made salad in the supermarket. When I came home all I could smell from the salad was the plastic packaging.
I immediately threw it in the trash because it was impossible to eat.
I don’t know what was wrong with it but Auchan has to do something about it.

"A company of fraud and scams

"A company of fraud and scams. I only don't give it a zero because it's not possible. I bought a washing machine, and they refuse the return within the legal deadline. I have a 400 euros investment that doesn't meet the requirements. It's incredible how this company thinks it's above Europe law. Fraud and scams."

Several times when I do my shopping at Auchan, the prices displayed in the aisles do not correspond to those passed at the checkout. Every time you have to check again, go to the reception. They make us look like thieves when we take photos to justify the price displayed in the aisles. Be careful, they increase prices in the cheaper aisles since it is with inflation that everyone goes to the cheaper aisles. It is unacceptable.

I order nutribullet blender and expected delivery was after 10days. I realized that nothing happened on my account after 8 days and call SAV where I heard that everything is ok and package will be delivered on time... Unfortunately in the day of delivery still didn't received any information about any changes or sending package. I call SAV and finally get messaged that they are out of stock and don't know when it will arrived. I ask for refund, hope get it soon.
