I always use Attraction Tickets for my Florida trips. They sell the unique Disney/Universal combo tickets which I find great value for money. Also got an extra £300 off this time as I bought them during the new year sale. Never had any issues and like that you can secure the tickets with just a deposit initially. Highly recommended.

I made a mistake when entering one of the names on my Universal Resort Park tickets. Unfortunately, the response I received from your Customer Service team was unhelpful, disappointing and inaccurate.

I was simply told that Universal tickets could not be amended and that I would need to purchase replacement tickets. The advisor, Amy, even offered to check the cost of new tickets, without any further discussion and more importantly, without mentioning that the existing tickets could potentially be cancelled free of charge or that there might be another solution.

What makes this particularly concerning is that, after contacting Universal Studios Resort Customer Services directly, my issue was resolved within minutes. The agent changed the name on the ticket without any difficulty and was genuinely surprised that Attraction Tickets had not contacted them on my behalf to arrange such a straightforward amendment.

Having used Attraction Tickets (Direct) for many years, this experience has seriously undermined my confidence in your customer service. It is disappointing that such a simple issue could not be resolved by your team, especially when Universal was able to do so quickly and efficiently. As a result, I will think carefully before making future purchases through Attraction Tickets.
