I have an su loan that i must pay back, i have paid 10800 dkk so far and only 4000 dkk have been substracted from my loan. I have tried to contact udbetaling about this matter but everytime i am calling and getting into contact with one of the operators they hang up the phone right after i tell them i am calling regarding su loan. Is this their policy to pick up and hang up after 10 seconds?

Sadly those in charge at the company lack any semblance of a conscience, investing in the weapons industry, seemingly even careless about whose hands the weapons end up in, as long as its legal at the time.

What's even worse, their money is essentially the money of danish citizens (pension funds) which they - against many of our wills and for many unknowingly - is invest into weapons, essentially making us complicit is the lives lost. To make things worse, with ATP we have no choice in the matter, as it's impossible to simply pull out the funds and put them elsewhere.

If you ever consider working there, please reconsider unless they start acting responsibly.

ATP invests in war crime enablers! At the height of the Israeli offensive against Gaza, ATP chooses to invest in Terma, a Danish company producing over 80 components used in the F35 jets. These jets are used to massacre civilians in Gaza. ATPs disregard for human life and morality is blatant and repulsive. I wish I could change to a pension investment company that was not morally repungnant, but alas, working in Denmark I am forced to use ATP.

I get an early retirement pension from Denmark, so my connection to Denmark and my income goes through ATP.dk which should be a good thing, but to be honest it is not a good experience, due to lag of proper customers service and decent procedure that my case has been through.

I file a complaint about poor case administration in 2023 th.23 April this year 2024 but the th.24 April 2024 i get a response about a decision th.5 March 2024 which has nothing to do with my complaint about the case administration in 2023, so i called Atp on the phone and explained that the complaint was not about March th.5 but about the poor case administration 2023, so i waited one day until th.25 2024 where i got basic the same mail as on th.24 2024 (yes you guessed right) still the wrong subject th5 March 2024 instead of the actual subject the case in 2023,

So trying to make it work with Atp is impossible, because they keep the actual fact about rules and procedure hidden from you, so you have no idea if you are being told the truth and if you are getting a fair treatment according the laws, rules and regulations, and if you try file a complaint, then Atp.dk will turn your words so the complaint you file has nothing to do with the real problem.

Atp.dk could make improvement by listen to the customers and actually follow the rules and regulations in the procedures they should follow, because Atp.dk knows the rules where the customers have no idea w t f is going on.

Not all people can read Danish so I would like to write it in English so we can all understand.
I have been in this country for 19 years and this is the first time I encountered a terrible/cowboy customer service when I called to Udbetaling Danmark. The Danes they are usually very polite and maner but today is another story, I met a wrong one who is a guy, who was indeed also behave like an a$$.

If you are tired, do not pickup the phone!
If you are not willing to help, you can excuse yourself and say "call again later".
And NEVER hang up the phone without a reason.

DO NOT put your tiredness and yawn on the phone, that's not what your parents/teacher teach you.
