I was searching compatible cartridges for my printer and found this website and David Smith was very helpful. Most probably I will place an order in 2-3 days.

Sent the wrong color ink.
Required me to mail a picture of what was sent, implying that I was not telling the truth. I will not purchase ink from them again.

We are sorry that you received the wrong color ink. Asking for a picture is a fast and efficient way to assist in getting you a replacement without having to wait or go through the trouble of returning the product. It is also an efficient way for us to identify what went wrong on our end so we can fix it from happening again. We look forward to getting the info so we can solve this problem for you expeditiously.
Will purchase from them again.

Excellent products & service,
I have used Atlantinkjet for a number of years. I have never had a problem with their products, and have found the quality to be excellent. No reasonable person could ask for faster delivery times. I have recommended them to a number of my friends.

We are sorry to hear that the parcel was not delivered. It seems to be held up in the postal system which is rare but can occur (http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/processInputRequest?tracknum=92748926997907583000130505), but we are in touch with you and the USPS to solve it.
Best supplier of cartridges for HP printers
Ordered two 74x refilled cartridges for HP printer. I also ordered bulk black ink with this order. Received order in short time. When I installed refilled cartridge, printer accepted without a problem and prints met all expectations. I gave a five star rating to Atlanticinkjet for the very good products and speed of delivering order.

Ink for Canon PMXMA MX922 Printer
I have had great trouble getting the printer to accept the Atlantic Inkjet cartridges. It has accepted 4 of the 5, but the yellow will not be accepted by the printer. What a hassle!!! I have followed all of the directions. I understand that Canon wants me to use costly Canon ink and makes it hard to use other's ink. Atlantic Inkjet should have a workaround that really works!!
When I got the printer new, I immediately tried my Atlantic Inkjet cartridges and a few went in and then it "choked". I went to Staples and they installed the Canon cartridges that came with the printer and it worked. As ink was used, I installed some of my Atlantic Inkjet cartridges, but now I have jumped all of the hoops for problem solving. I am disappointed.
For those ink cartridges that did work, the printing was excellent.

Atlantic inkjet order of ink
It took a month from the time I ordered some ink and the time that I received it.
But there was a cookie inside the bag for me which was delicious. So I gave them one star more for that. INK is ok. The negative point is really the time it took to receive it.

Smooth handling of an order i bungled
I discovered the cartridges I had ordered did not fit my printer...my fault.
They quickly sent me an RMA to return the unopened cartridges and also entered a new order for the replacement cartridges which I received in a few days.
My only complaint (4 stars instead of 5) is that the cartridges leak a little when you remove the orange plastic thingy (canon cartridges) from the bottom
