Of my 25 or so under garments from As We Move, I had one item that didn’t wear well. I brought the attention to customer service and they handled this issue. In fact, they responded very fast and replaced the item quickly. I was very satisfied on the result and speed by which they took care of me.

Ordered the wrong size and reached out to customer support. They cancelled the order for me before it was processed, refunded, and I was able to reorder. All in the same day. Thanks, guys.

I asked Aswemove a question about their latest addition. Akie was quick to reply. His answer was polite and actually answered my question. As a result I am able to place an order without worries. I am currently 76 years young. I’ve been searching for a decent pair of underwear all my life. I’ve tried them all, boxers, whitey tighties, colored tighties, cotton, cotton blends, rayon, nylon and even silk. The silk were pretty nice. I came across the As We Move ad over two years ago and was intrigued. They were running a BOGO ad and being on a fixed income I decided to try them. I ordered the black and gray Aspire boxer briefs. Each pair arrived in a small pouch. They were small and I’m thinking to myself I’m never going to fit in these but following instructions I pulled them on while gently stretching them out on my thighs and rear end. The material clung to my body like a 2nd skin. The Boys fit in to the pouch comfortably without any effort. I’ve worn nothing else since. I’m a 34 waist and 149 lbs. their size chart recommends a L size. I’ve found the XL to fit better. They are pricey so I like to watch for BOGOs but I also can’t resist the colors, “Shadow”, “Jungle” and “Sky” to name a few.
My girlfriend loves me in them as well and that’s all I have to say about that.
I did have an issue with a waistband loosening up on me causing the briefs to slip down over my backside while walking. Having been in the retail business for over two decades I felt it was my responsibility to let the company know about it. They were very interested and asked a ton of questions about the style and cut I was wearing and how I had been washing them etc., etc. . The AWM team was very appreciative of all the info I gave them.
The bottom line, they’re a good company that makes a good product. Give them a try.

I reached out for an address change and the support person responded quickly and with info I could use. They were helpful and quick.

I wrote customer service an email and in less than 30 minutes they corrected the problem and followed up right after. How it's supposed to work!

I have been a customer of As We Move since their inception. It’s a great product I love the aspire briefs dominate boxer briefs and recover boxer briefs. All three styles are different but are so lightweight so you feel like you are not wearing any underwear.

I love your products and the site is pretty good, although scrolling when selecting product is a bit cumbersome. I would have given you a 5 but you send way too many marketing emails. I think I received fove emails about your Canada Day sale. It's great to be informed but is more annoying than useful.

Fantastic customer service: UPS lost my order. When contacted, AsWeMove replied within hours and arranged for a replacement item to be shipped entirely free of charge. Wow.

Products are shipped on time. High quality underwear, always one of my go-tos.

Item fits well and is extremely comfortable

The new style Aspire Long Brief feels good. I was a little disappointed at first because I had ordered my normal size of the older style with the lower profile waistband. All of the Aspire line now comes with the thicker waist band regardless of what the product picture shows. If you are a returning customer I recommend going up one size from what you were used to with the slimmer wasteband.

I’m loving the constant improvements this company is making to their products. The feel is like nothing and like nothing I’ve ever worn before and the fit keeps getting better and better.

Ordering and shipping is easy and fast and they have a great rewards program.

Great product and customer service was exceptional, which is rare in this day and age.

Love the clothing tho a bit expensive. I wish they sold on Amazon. Would be nice if they offered larger sizing and a greater color selection. I wish they would consider selling running gear/tights. Customer service is responsive. Shipping speed kinda slow. Overall i love the product tho. The most comfortable underwear ive ever worn.
