Had the best professional service from both Nicky and Freya. Nicky (my mortgage advisor) referred me to Freya to arrange setting up my Last Will and Testament. Freya was really helpful and answered all my questions plus she covered elements I hadn’t thought about. Freya kept to agreed timings of calls, emails and follow up arrangements. Couldn’t fault and would without hesitation, recommend to my friends, family and colleagues.

As first time buyers, we came into the house buying process knowing very little. Joe talked us through our options and went the extra mile to find out about any potential complications with us buying a house with a thatched roof. Joe helped us from the very start with a mortgage in principal and helping us understand how much we could really afford, right through to obtaining the right mortgage for us once we had an offer accepted. He was able to answer all of our questions to do with the house buying process whether they were mortgage related or not. I would recommend Joe and Asset Harbour to anybody looking to get a mortgage.

She replied to emails in seconds and helped us with all the help we needed. She works fast and is very professional at what she does. We strongly advise using her services. We wouldn’t be able to get what we have without her help. That was our first house and experience and we are content that we chose to work specifically with Jess. Asset Harbour have again provided me with an excellent service in respect of both Life Insurance and Mortgage services. Firstly by reducing the cost of my Life Insurance by £5 a month plus finding a provider does not increase cost annually. They have also found the ideal fixed rate mortgage for my circumstances.
