Everything was as promised, delivery took only a week, shoes came in mint condition

Their return system is very anti-customer friendly, as you have to pay for all the costs yourself. I understand that we're trying to reduce the CO2 footprint, but this just sounds ridiculous.

Very happy with purchasing at Asphaltgold. I had some issues with paying with Ideal but after sending an e-mail to Asphaltgold this was solved. Prices are much lower then in NL and the scope is larger. Delivery went smooth and fast. Asphaltgold is great ! Sehr gut !

Currently living in France, ordered a Rebooks pair for the first time in this store, delivered by UPS, but I did not recieved anything, I put a claim, none response yet, I called UPS they told me to ask refund, but it has passed a week and I can even have an proper answer from ASHALTGOLD, nor UPS. Not to mention there is no telephone to comunicate in europe to this store, its a shame!!

After days, I was refunded, but they did not comply with the 3-day response time in claims to its email, I had to insist on Facebook, and they did not give me the option to send the same shoe model, first and last order.

They warned me almost immediately that I may have to pay extra from uk customs on arrival (due to the insane decision to leave eu but don't get me started on that particular piece of self damage) and they would cancel my order if I required it. So on May 8, Asphaltgold writes here on trust pilot that they are working on my case.. As anybody can see here.

Well, that is almost a month ago, and they have not let me know anything.

What a company.

Track and trace proves they received my return in march, worth 249,- euros.

But they simply keep refusing to pay me back.

They do not even let me know what the problem is... they simply don't pay.

This is so unfair, I did nothing wrong. Track and trace proves they received my return, but even here they say they will get back to me, but no action yet.

How many emails and Trustpilot reviews do I need to write to get my money back?

Questioning if the shoes from this store are original..
I ordered two pairs of nike sneakers many years ago and both were too small for me. I have always worn size eu 36 and no shoe has ever been small for me. I kept them just because the returns are a hustle and expensive.
Now many years later i ordered a pair of Adidas Gazelle’s. Since I’ve had a pair of Gazelles i was confident that size 36 would fit perfectly.. and yet again they are too small. Very strange and makes me question if they sell original sneakers of fakes.

I was a regular customer and everything was fine. Recently all orders are always in delay and in the last order i did not receive my shoes which was the most expensive order. After one week i still do not have a feedback. Where are my shoes???

I don’t receive my pack ! It was for a present and it’s been one month now that asking me to fill a réclamation, I do it but I have no answer since 3 weeks now ! The téléphon number don’t answer too !
I will not stop here and I will put a bad advice on every site because of that I don’t want other people to be like me with nothing do by theirselves !

Already made purchases and most definitely will buy more trainers there! Quick delivery within Germany.
Minor mistake controlling returned boxes by Asphaltgold - I once received a box containing two different sizes - but this issue was solved satisfactorily.

After 2 weeks, no more to say : ❌ Cancellation of your order

Ordered some nikes which had to be sent back as there was a defect with the shoes. Sent them back at the end of februari and still have not received the money back.
In April I sent a message to check on the status and they said they could not refund through the original payment method because of how many days had passed. Instead of emailing me that they needed another method, they just decide to wait until your patience is finished and you contact them again. The 18th of April I provided a different method for the refund but still have not received it.
They need to work on contacting those who have concerns more actively. I’m quite annoyed that this whole process is taking so long.

This company is refusing to pay me a refund for my return that has been delivered to them and lost 15 euros sending them returned sneakers that was on sale 99 euros but was too small.Will come in 2 mounths whit BBB to make a visit to see in person who screwed me,hope you like football fans.Bad blue boys ftw

The shipping was cheap and relatively quick and the sneakers were flawless and unworn.
