Excellent product and service. After about ten years of heavy use our bifold doors were not running as well as they did and the handle was becoming a bit droopy! I contacted Aspect Windows and they sent Mike out to have a look. He assessed the problem, ordered the parts and returned a few days later to fit them. The doors now run perfectly again and the new handle doesn't droop. There was good communication from Liz in the office and Mike and Tony were very professional in handling the repair. Everything was done under the warranty. I strongly recommend this company.

We were really impressed by Aspect Windows. Although only completing for us a domestic window replacement job, every step of the process was easy and carried out in an exemplary fashion. I would use Aspect Windows again without hesitation, and am very happy to recommend them to others. Great service - before, during and after installation.

My handle went loose on my bifold 3 years after they were fitted .
The next day they came out and replaced the handle.
The man was so helpful and silicone sprayed the hinges for me as well.

Aspect Windows responded to my email swiftly and the problem I had with a door hinge was fixed within 48 hours! Amazing service

This company supplied and fitted windows and skylights for our new build several years ago. We advised Aspect that one of the skylights had failed six months ago. While it has taken some time to resolve (partly due to supply chain issues), to its credit, Aspect has now replaced the failed unit and made good. The technicians are all very helpful and polite. Good to know that the Company stands behind its products, which are high quality, and provides good aftersales support.

Excellent service! Aspect were with me within 36 hours of contacting them and sorted out my problem immediately.

Terrible customer service. No emails or telephone calls returned. Even emailed Mr Cooling's with my complaint, to not even have my email returned from management.

We were delighted with the service and quality that we got from Aspect Windows, from the excellence sales team, to the surveyors, fitters and after sales team. This is a very professional but very friendly company in whom we had total trust. We were really pleased with the Origin Bifold doors fitted, and would recommend the product and Aspect Windows to anyone!

Aspect Windows were by far the best company that we considered for our new-build project. They were really helpful when it came to the complicated decisions about the various types of windows and doors. The products were delivered and fitted on time and with the minimum disruption. The price was good and we are very happy with the end result.

Update June 2019:
After 9 months, the problem finally got resolved and my floating corner bifold windows are operational. It was partially an installation alignment problem and mainly a design fault from Origin; shame that I had to leave online reviews for my case was escalated to management and get resolved.

Previous review:
The initial contact was great, they offer an excellent product range at a very competitive price. We were extremely happy with the product and the installation team did a great job. No problem to move the date to match with our builder progresses.
However, after 6 month installed, the system developed a fault and Aspect windows (combined with their supplier Origin) have not been interested in fixing the problem, passing the blame from one to an other. It has now been more than 8 months that I have a faulty corner post, a door that doesn't close properly.
Poor customer service, they do not get back to you for weeks and when they do it is just to postpone for an other few weeks/months.
So the initial sale was great but pray that you don't have a problem or it will never get fixed!

Job on time and to budget. Staff on site were very helpful.

Really good at what matters:the careful installation of great windows. The installers took time and trouble to ensure the finish was excellent. A vast improvement to our property.
