This company has been through some management and name changes, but the dedication to personal service has remained the same. Best place I know of to get reliable information concerning the products they sell. Also, they stand behind their products and their service - I've been a happy customer since the turn of the century!

My first time to try this product. It is very light and covers the skin evenly, without much effort.

My experience with Askderm has been fantastic - excellent customer service and the Glycolix 20% cream is a great product. I didn't feel any activity on my skin at first (it's pretty resilient) but after a few days the acids began to work and it's done a great job. I'm very pleased overall and I will absolutely be back.

website offers 10-15% discount at checkout. The problem is I never saw the discount box for code entry. Please adjust my charge applying my discount.

Received my goods, and it took less time than it took me to get it ordered online! Search engine sucks. Checkout wouldn't accept PayPal at first. Give my product back to Fallene.

There were no problems finding, buying and receiving my products in the mail. I only wish that for coupon codes, it is clearly highlighted in the shopping cart which product(s) it was NOT applied to due to manufacturer restrictions.

Never heard of or used askderm.com in the past. Did a search for a particular product and found it on askderm.com. I am very satisfied with the service and the pricing. Ordering was simple and received products within a week. Also received a free sample and will probably place an order for it in the future.

This cleaner looks cute, and not harm your skin. I have very bad skin, so I am hard to impressed by any product, but this one works well.
