Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. Based in Barcelona apparently. Unfriendly and rude, won’t let me speak to a manager. Called a discount code not working. Explained what said on screen etc etc. they checked my items eligible, went on ans on. rather than cancelling that code and sending me another one, they wanted endless screenshots. Their products are far cheaper on other websites with far better customer service. Maybe I’d get a job at customer service as they shut an hour for lunch and shut at 3pm.

Expect a fight for refunds

Made the same mistake as everyone else. Expect problems if you need to return anything. Ordered 6 pairs online. Returned 4. Only refunded for 2. Emailed. No reply. Called Couldn’t get through. Called again and was told a refund for 1 more was on its way but 2 others had not been received. It was all in the same parcel. They said they’d look into it. A week later and no news. They owe me £100’s. I will probably raise a claim with the bank.

Trainers didn’t arrive

Bought a pair of trainers to arrive before a birthday. Delivery date kept going up and up until the order was cancelled. Still haven’t received the refund. Basically just didn’t have £150 for almost a month. just for the shoes to not even arrive. And now pointless to even buy them again for a birthday long gone. Really disappointing.

Order never arrived

My order was supposed to arrive on Friday 31st May. I've had to constantly contact Yodel and Asics to get an update. At Yodel you can't even speak to anyone and Asics you are waiting over 20 mins to be put through to someone. Apparently they are investigating it but do not send any updates. Have requested a refund. Will see how long this takes to arrive, that's if it does arrive. Terrible customer service. Had I known reviews were so bad I would not have spent so much money on trainers!!

Update: My parcel has now been declared lost. Doesn't make any sense to me considering the yodel tracking said they had it. It's either been stolen or it wasn't labelled correctly

Terrible Customer service

Terrible Customer service. Placed an order which has never been delivered & it's impossible to contact them to rectify the issue (by phone or e-mail). Previously been a happy customer but fear for ASICS if this is their idea of good customer service.

I bought a pair of Asics trainers from…

I bought a pair of Asics trainers from Sports Direct, I could not be more disappointed. I have had lots of Asics trainers in the past and the quality has always been really good. They were not the most expensive but when they turned up the general feel of them is something I would not have associated with the brand. If they can not create a good product dont sell them at a cheap price it harms the brand. I am not sure I would choose Asics again.

Terrible customer service and quality

Terrible customer service and quality, bought the most expensive pair based on their advice due to my hip issues. Same as below, few months on and one hole. I don’t even run, i wear them twice/week to get to the office and change to office shoes.I took it back and they had the audacity to say, it is normal, they are not supposed to last more than 6 month and i should have bought smth cheaper😂 i called and wrote to online customer service, they sent me back to the same store that rejected. The store manager shamelessly told me that i shouldn’t have bought the trainers ( they advised) for commute to work. Previous Asics trainers had hole in the back of the shoes. Never buying them again.

I love these trainers but not customer service

I love these trainers. The Kayano are amazing.
However...
I submitted 2 returns requests but put all the returns in the same box. I put both return notes in the box but only got refunded one item.
I contacted customer services who said I would hear in 7 days. We are now on day 8 and I have had to chase it.
Really disappointed...

Do not buy their products!

Do not buy their products! I wish I had read the reviews prior to spending 100s of pounds on a few pairs which have developed holes within months. The fabric is very poor quality and not durable at all! Especially for clients such as nurses! Customers service is well aware that everyone is having issues and tries to get the customer to purchase another pair for 50% off! Its pathetic! Please steer clear of Asics, you may as well spend your hard earned cash at ECCO shoes or Sketchers!

I would give these clowns zero stars if I could

I would give these clowns zero stars if I could. Returned 2 pairs of trainers as they were too small. ASICS have sent mail confirming receipt of return showing both pairs but only refunded 1 pair. 2 weeks after raising this with their customer services I still await a refund of £220 as they have launched an investigation with their warehouse. These people are either crooks or incompetent

Having bought Hoka,Nike,New balance…

Having bought Hoka,Nike,New balance running trainers which were all garbage, purchased these asics 25,they are outstanding,no sore back next day after a run,which wasn't the case with any of other brands, especially Nike peg 39 which were atrocious.

Wear down way too quickly

I used to love asics, the look and feel is exactly what I want. But I get a new pair of trainers for myself every year, and the asics ones always wear down by March. I thought maybe the size I was getting were too small, so went for larger sizes, but within three months there are holes by my big toes and little toes. Within two months the back by my heel is starting to wear down. They are the right size, asics just aren't made very robust. This is about my 5th pair in the past 7 years that this has happened to (the other years I didn't go for asics).

Never buying from ASICS again

Terrible customer service from ASICS wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I bought the metaspeed edge + trainers for a race. The first order they lost and the customer service team said "yeah this happens all the time but we cant refund you". Ordered a second pair and paid for express delivery, again the parcel is lost and has not arrived. No refunds yet... would never buy ASICS again.

Terrible quality and customer service.

I ordered gel nimbus 24 for £100 and after using them the first time both of my toes were blue. I rested for a week and tried again but same thing happened. Awful design, so heavy and not breathable material on the trainer. I gained a little weight due to not having a shoe to train. Then I contacted customer service for a return and they only offered me 20% refund. Shoes are useless. They’ll be going in charity! I’ll definitely go back to Nike now!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service

Ordered a pair of running shoes, took payment, waited over a week and no shipping confirmation.

Card then charged a second time so rang customer service and was told my order was fine there were just some processing delays. Wait another 5 days and order has been cancelled, money stil out of my account. Shame as heard a lot of good things about the shoes but will probably buy elsewhere

Cancelled my order and lied about why

Didn’t respect my order and cancelled it.
Made an order, was expecting it to be delivered in 2-3 days. Had no further emails beyond order confirmation so after 2 days emailed them to get a follow up. They said nothing other than we’ll get it shipped asap. I respond saying I’m very worried as nothing has been said and the item was on low stock. Lo and behold, I get another email cancelling my order due to “unexpected logistical delays”. I check the website, and the item is now sold out. All I was offered was 10% on future purchases. Ridiculous. I have no intention of shopping at asics ever again. Avoid at l costs

Dissappointed!

am a loyal  asics customer. I do only wear asics  for years. I purchased 12 pairs or more  of cumulus 23 and they all ripped open on the sides and the big toe area. Extremely disappointed. And cannot get any help from customer service!

My next pair will be either Nike, Adidas or any other brands rather than Asics.

Disappointed!
