My child applied for the sole responsibility visa which was refused by the entry clearance officer however i contacted Asher & Tomar Solicitors and spoke to Mr Santosh Singh who not only taken care of entire appeal process but also represented the appeal in the Asylum and Appeal tribunal and counter the question raised by the Home office presenting officer and successfully got our appeal allowed and now my child is in the UK.

My situation: I overstayed in the UK due to unforeseen circumstances and very in deep stress however i am so glad i walked into the Asher & Tomar Solicitors and met Prashant Chaudhary. I explained my situation to him, as i was in relationship (partner not married) with an EEA national.

Mr Prashant advised me and provided me the checklist of documents on the same day and then booked my appointment to attend his office with my partner. Later on he filed the application EEA family permit application to the Home Office which was granted without a REFUSAL, however later on Home Office inspected my house and curtailed my leave as me and my partner were not at home.
