Not what it used to be...
There used to be a lovely lady who worked there who ran most of the classes and was easy and helpful to deal with. She was the heart and soul of the organisation. I do not know what has happened now that she has left, but it is awful. Lying, deception, gaslighting, scapegoating, and tying themselves in knots trying to hide their terrible business practices instead of just owning it and doing better. I can't comment on the content of the courses because it all changed, which is suspicious in itself. What makes it all worse is that this is supposed to be an organisation that cares about mental health and well-being. You are free to make up your own mind, but I know a lot of lovely people are attracted to this kind of holistic education, and I just hope they don't hurt anyone else.
