it is terrible a user has to buy a new key in order to active a software you already paid ,let say a user reset his computer 4 time he is not able to install the software where in life is that possible never ever something like this esto es una pinga for the time of use terrible a lot issues also with the software ...

Not reliable! Software fails and sudenly closes loosing 2 hours work. No automatic saving feature, no temp data. I have tested the PDF Pro 3 and just lost my time.
Is a pity they used to wording PRO when it can't even handle a simple auto-saving feature.

Deleted my entire USB stick instead of a partition (LIKE HOW I SELECTED IT). Proceeds to delete all my data on my USB!! VERY DESTRUCTIVE DO NOT USE.

My overall grievance against Ashampoo software is that the company's description of it purposely conceals pertinent license characteristics, such as how many PCs can it be installed in, how long is the license good for, and even the size of the download. I don't want to pay for software that works fine in my present W10 computer that doesn't support W11, but will be useless on the W11 computer I buy after MS stops supporting W10.

I've Had Great Experiences With Ashampoo and wouldn't trade it for any other programs

I could actually make contact with a human which makes things much easier. It is sometimes hard to describe a complicated issue to a Support Bot or forum. My agent went above and beyond to ask questions to make sure they understood the issue correctly. As an afterthought, I even threw an accidental curve ball upon resolution of the original issue and it was resolved as well.

I have used Ashampoo for many years, but I am severing that relationship. I have owned a copy of Slideshow Studio 4 for years now. When I opened it last week it offered a free update. When the update was through it demanded a new license. This was supposed to be a FREE update to the existing app. You do not seem to have a solution to the problem, now I have found one. I am going to delete ALL my Ashampoo apps, and there are quite a few, and I will make a point to review these problems online every chance I get. This is not the first time I have had this problem, but I assure you it is the last time.

Dodgy site, don't download the free CD burning software it trys to connect to the web; my set up would not allow it. Uninstalled, but don't know how much crap it has left behind

I had used, Ashampoo Driver Updater, only to see that on 1 of my laptop, that the license key deactivated, this has happen before, Ashampoo needs to get their act together so this will not happen again, but this is how they get re-subscribers to subscribe again when they don't need to till their subscriptions end.
