Order could not be fulfilled
The order for the artwork I had purchased could not be fulfilled. They tried to sell me a similar but more expensive artwork but I opted for the refund which came through relatively quickly.

I was given a birthday voucher from my siblings clubbing together and spent a year trying to find something I liked. Art is subjective innit. I contacted art republic to see if I could defer the voucher or get the cash value back to which I was told no on both options. With a few days still valid I found a piece, but always now worry it was a stress purchase.

Art Republic is a great place for art, new and classic. If anything, you are spoiled for choice. The fact that they are part of the Own Art scheme is a bonus and something I have personally benefitted from.
The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, and service is excellent.

Incredible customer service
I've had contact with Jacob (for help with purchasing artwork) and 1 year later, Saskia (for assistance with purchasing frames). I can honestly say the service from Art Republic is incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel I was given good advice, which enabled me to choose art with frames that I absolutely love. Saskia encouraged me to use the courier service to collect the art that I wanted to be framed and I'm so glad i did. I will continue to be a returning customer..
