Just wanted to leave a positive review…

Just wanted to leave a positive review about Arrows customer service - I had an issue with green dimmable led lamps… after sending arrow pictures of the issue, they paid for them to be returned and issued a refund quickly with no issues - thank you Arrow. A trusted electrical wholesaler.

unnecessary arguments at the counter when ordering

That is a few times now I went to buy some lamp fittings. I always order more or less the same parts or items. and just because of different terms used to describe the parts wanted. the same terminology for these electrical parts are often misunderstood . because of their lack of flexibility we come into unecessary arguments..how often they end up bringing the part that has nothing to do with what we asked. they take it wrongly and personal because of their mistake which they wont admit . so to make the situation even worse. they raised their voice as for getting the customers attention n the shop to embarrass you and try to play the blame game scenario.. Because they are distracted by how they feel we end up being presented with something we never asked. for.
ie: I was presented with a bulb which I never asked for instead of a bayonet cap where you fit the bulb in. also another time I was presented with a black plug and had simply and clearly asked for a white lamp switch. I guess I rather stop buying there to avoid being made wrong each time. in fact cos they dont take the time to listen to the customer . the manager was suppose to call back in 5 minutes and never heard back
