Advice on CLS Airmatic suspension

I replaced front struts.air springs and rear shocks with Arnott. Was a bit confused which ones will fit correctly.
Contacted Arnott Europ branch.
Service was brilliant. They did checks by VIN. Listed all parts clearly which ones are suitable for my CLS. With lots of advice.
I contacted them second time with some questions when installation was in process.
Their response to emails was emediat. 5-10min and you got response with all questions answered.
Thank you guys for your advice and help.
I'm very happy with Arnott EU services.

Top-Quality Aftermarket Suspension Products

You can tell Arnott puts real effort into their engineering. Their parts are also easy to find through reputable dealers. So if you're looking for high-quality aftermarket suspension parts that won’t break the bank like OE, Arnott is definitely worth considering.

Would give them zero if I could

Would give them zero if I could. Paid $1600 for kit for my 2021Indian Chieftain (paid for 2 day air, double the shipping cost). It arrived 6 DAYS LATER. Got it and realized we needed another part. Ordered it a week ago (per their website, they ship the same day if you get in order by 2:30 pm EST - I would have been happy just to have it sent the next day at this point). Got confirmation that the order was received (they sure took the money out right away). Then nothing. 3 emails, 3 voicemails, and one more call later, I was told that Meredith would get back with me shortly. 3 hours later, nothing. I have a torn apart bike in my garage, and can't do a g**d*** thing about it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, horrible company with unscrupulous dealings.

Great Customer Service and Warrenty

I bought replacement front right shock for my Audi Allroad 4F A6. Unfortunately this part failed within a few weeks. Arnotts were great and immediately shipped a new part out. This part lasted 2 years and then I noticed the rubber boot had perished, again Arnotts were great and sent a new replacement part free of charge under their "Lifetime Warranty".
Have since had the other side fail, which was not an Arnotts product but one supplied by Aerosus, that failed 2 month outside the Aerous warranty, so I replaced with an Arnotts shock as I have confidence in the products and great customer service.
