Rental car was very good
Rental car was very good, however the Company let itself down by not responding to our email requesting a pickup from the station. We had enough stress with heavy suitcases from London to then find that nobody was there to pick us up. Especially when we discovered Rental agencies based at the Waverley station.

The lady who dealt wirh me
The lady who dealt wirh me , did a wonderful job. the problem was the insurance. it took teo hours to get a clearance, because my profession( actor/ speaker) seemed to be a problem. however, the reaction of the lady( to pay for oke day less, and not to fill up gas at the end) was an adequate compensation. And the upgrade with the bigger/better car was wonderful.
