From our first meeting with Leilah Brima in the Chiswick store, through to placing our order with her and arranging the delivery, which Siobhan in customer service made sure was rearranged around our requirements, to the timely, efficient, polite and informative delivery and set up exactly as asked by Ian and Mark a few hours ago, we have had a first class experience with Arlo and Jacob, and will happily recommend them to others.

The whole experience was easy, friendly and smooth. Siobhan in head office was responsive and Mark and Ian were brilliant when they delivered the sofa, which had to fit up a very narrow set of stairs. Thanks so much to the whole team!

From start to finish the whole experience of buying one of Arlo & Jacob fabulous sofas has been wonderful. Rebecca and her manager at the Marlow branch have both been excellent with information and keeping in contact through the whole process. Haydn and Ed did a great job of delivering our corner unit today and patiently explaining and showing us how the units locked together.
We are very grateful to the Arlo & Jacob family for our luxurious feeling sofa, we are thrilled!

Fantastic experience with Nike at the Islington store- really helpful. And the delivery was quicker than estimated and Mark and Ian- the delivery guys were super efficient- thank you for carrying our lovely new sofa up two flights of stairs! We are really happy with the service and the finished product :-)

We visited the Arlo & Jacob St Albans store several times over the last six weeks while deciding on our furniture. Both Felix and Leanne were fantastic throughout. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful as we changed our minds multiple times, always offering excellent advice on the range, fabrics and colour options.

Leanne went above and beyond by arranging a visit to the Islington store so we could view a specific sofa.

The whole team is a real credit to Arlo & Jacob. After visiting every weekend, we’re now not quite sure what we’ll do with our weekends instead!

I had my Ralf grande sofa delivered today by Carl & Haydn, who were very helpful and quick and not put off by my 3 nosy dogs!
Fiona at Ely was very helpful when I ordered the sofa and Lucinda from Islington helped finalise the size & style of sofa. It was a great service and looking forward to enjoying a sit down!

I recently visited the St Albans store with my husband as we were looking for a new sofa. We were kindly greeted by Leanne who gave us space to sit on all the sofas and was on hand to discuss options. We left with a few ideas and followed up on email with some tweaks and quotes, which Leanne and the team were very quick to come back to us with.
We returned the following week to finalise the order with Leanne and to make triple sure we were making the right decision! Leanne was incredibly helpful and patient as we ummed and ahhed over what we wanted. We never once felt pressured into a purchase, and that made us a lot more comfortable with the whole process. We're very excited to recieve our new sofa in a few weeks!

Excellent service provided by Mark and Ian delivering our new sofas. Promt, efficient and courteous. Good old fashioned service. Like going back in time!

Very helpful when I had to change the delivery address at the last moment.
Ashley and Ed were great guys - cheerful and helpful and careful. Moved furniture in the storage unit to accommodate the sofa delivery. Would buy from Arlo & Jacob again for delivery service alone.

From the moment we went into the Tunbridge Wells store and spoke to Lidia to when Ian and Mark made the delivery, the service was excellent.

I was worried about the sofas fitting up the stairs but they gave me full advice about which would work best for our space.

I collected many samples to help with the final decision on fabric.

The delivery was made on time.

The sofas are well made and beautiful.

The delivery of the furniture was highly professional , both Ian and Mike kept their cool despite the hottest day of the year!
They unloaded the settees and fitted the felt pads to the legs of the furniture very quickly.
Anna in the Bristol showroom was very patient with us as we were uncertain of the colour chosen….she helped us through the process and the furniture looks great!

I love my Finn sofa! Ashley and Connor were fantastic at delivering the sofa - they were friendly, professional and managed to get the sofa up the tricky staircase in 33 degree heat! Kay at the Islington store was amazing, instantly put me at ease, helped with colours and fabrics that would be best for our home and made the process so easy. Will definitely be purchasing from Arlo and Jacob again!
