A superior quality product at a similar price that I used to pay with another leading wild bird food supplier - but where Ark scores over the opposition is that their seed is free from large quantities of dust and chaff - I think it is very unlikely that I will return to my old supplier!

Poor quality product and service
I bought a squirrel table squirrel baffle.
The squirrels chewed through it in a day. I sent a photo to Ark Wildlife and requested a refund.
Ark Wildlife have not bothered to reply. So their products are poor quality matched by their customer service.

Hi Peter, I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our product. It's most unusual for this type of product, as it is designed to flex under the weight of a squirrel so they fall off. If a squirrel has been able to chew the baffle, it seems likely it was able to reach the baffle without climbing onto the baffle. Easy to order, fast delivery and high quality products.
Hedgehog food dish licked clean every night.
Birds love the fat balls, particularly the insect ones, but both are obviously very tasty!

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience. Bought a ground feeder cage/guard (large) as advertised to keep large birds and predators out. But it is clearly not fit for purpose. Magpies getting in and out without any difficulty.
Called Ark Wildlife customer service hoping for a solution but instead was given a lecture about how cheeky magpies can be and was told that they are not really a large bird at all but only look big because of their long tails(!)
When I asked to resolve my problem I was initially told that it can't be replaced or refunded because I already opened and used it (I used it for 10 mins before finding out it was useless).
Then I was told they will issue a full refund
and I wouldn't need to send it back (though only after I asked them to cover the postage fee since the product's description was misleading and it wasn't fit for purpose).
But at the end I was still asked, by the manager this time, to return the cage (big heavy box) at my own expense if I'd like a refund.
No apology was offered at any point and it didn't feel like anyone was even trying to help.
A very disappointing experience that ruined my day.

The best you can buy to keep your birds and wildlife healthy
I’ve been getting my bird food and products from Ark wildlife for years, granted it’s a little more expensive than most but you’re buying environmentally and quality products which serve our wildlife better. Great company ethics who truly care for birds and wildlife. Spending a little extra benefits our future wildlife to be healthy and strong. Thank your Ark Wildlife for keeping my garden birds healthier and thriving and I live 10mins from Manchester City centre and been feeding them for years, from small birds squirrels and hedgehogs.
