I ordered a bikini and was sent the wrong size. Initial email apologised and asked for confirmation. I have emailed multiple times asking for an exchange but have not received a reply. After shopping with the company for years I’m appalled at the terrible customer service.
Probably the most underrated bather brand ever. I’ve bought off here twice now and was so impressed both times, love them 💓
