Phenomenal prompt and professional support :)

I haven't had much experience dealing with auction houses/businesses.
I won an item through Argus Auctions however required additional assistance to resolve my auction matter. Amanda Benson was not only prompt, but sincere, professional and approached assisting me to reach an amazing outcome. I received timely communications from her via a courtesy phone call, text messages and email correspondences which assured me my matters were being taken onboard and attended to.
