Refuse to refund laptop
I tey to refund asus laptop to argos but they told me they can't take it because it was open and use, but according to English law I have 14 day to return used items, but argos team said that they can't took it because it's against they policy, so they act against english law and i go to court

Delivery service was terrible
Delivery service was terrible. No advance notice of delivery. Got 30mins notice to say delivery was on its way. I was at work. The mattress then was left in the garden. I didn't leave any instructions that I would be happy with this. Mattress itself is good. But due to terrible delivery service I would reconsider buying bulky items from argos again.

My item was exactly as advertised. So very pleased about that. It also was available to pick up within 24 hours. And most of all a very powerful light weight suction vacuum cleaner for a very good price.
