Pleasantly surprised

Speedy, straightforward process
This was a very straightforward and prompt process.
I knew what my top price quote was from the start. Free delivery packaging was sent out to me and I had an email a few days later, which gave the option of more time needed, packaged sent back etc. on the day they received my package I had an email letting me know it was there, then a short time later another confirming the price offered to me. I accepted it and was sent another email to confirm the money would be sent by my preferred option, followed shortly before another confirming that had been done.
The slowest part of the whole process was Royal Mail delivering the packaging to me in the first place.
